Totally unacceptable! Bought this milk at this location yesterday. Did not pay close attention to the expiration date until I poured some to my tea this morning! Its sour! Called Customer Service and the first reaction I got was "I dont think we even carry Tuscan. Let me go check on the shelf." The lady later got back on the phone and said "I dont see any tag there...If you have the receipt, just bring it back ." What? I dont care about that! My point was how could this happen and they must take action to remove all expired milk from the shelf. I then asked to speak with a manager...who tried to be a bit nicer about it but not an apology or anything about making sure it will not happen again...but "Oh. Our milk would not stay on the shelf so long so maybe they already expired when they were delivered...We could not check on all products that are delivered...but please just bring in the milk and we will give you a refund..."... Not going back for a refund or to shop there anymore... they just lost a long time customer...Been shopping there for many years but no more...

I love Stop and Shop. They are well-lit and clean. HOWEVER, this one has the worst deli ever. The old woman working behind the counter cannot make a sandwich to save her life. I ordered turkey cheese and lettuce on a roll. 20 minutes of waiting, only to receive a sandwich with 4 pieces of turkey on it, layed flat on the bread (the WORST way to put meat on a sandwich, u gotta make little twists and folds for texture, for Gods sake) and 2 slices of cheese on one side. I was so appalled at her horrible sandwich craftsmanship, that i had to post a review. What a waste of my half hour lunch break.

They have some healthy foods, but they really dont care much about the customer. I go to Queens Health Emporium and Fairway more often, and would love it if a Trader Joes or Costco was closer to me. Stop and Shops "Natures Promise" line is pretty good, but I notice them starting to use the label Free From instead of Organic on a number of items -- for example, for some of their egg cartons and now for their formerly-organic juices. I prefer organic! Worst spot: the cold cuts department is unfriendly (my son eats cold cuts) so I dont go to that nasty department any more.

Great prices thats why I always come to stop and shop. I wasnt a fan of this particular stop and shop because it is smaller compared to other locations I been making it difficult when you have a shopping cart. I felt like the lines moved slower than usual as well.

The store had a very bad smell and I brought strawberries and when I got home and checked the container the bottom strawberries were bad. I didnt notice it because the bad ones were covered up by the good

The cleanes store that Ive been to. The staff is coutious, and sale items are great. Customer satisfaction to the fullest. Parking lot packed, but it was a weekend. Will coutiniue to shop here.

Good selection of common groceries and household items. Convenient location with a large parking lot. Prices are on the "retail" end of the spectrum. Go somewhere else if youre buying bulk.

It is not,as well stocked as,the Bay Terrace--Stop&Shop. Still they have a larger selection, than many other, full-service supermarkets;in northeastern Queens!!
