The store was tight and products crammed. The customers were extreamly rude, all of them , impatient pushy and just rude. I bought a salad and chicken soup from the salad bar.i was sick all night with diarea gas and indigestion. The parking lot was a mass of confusion crammed behind the bed and bath building. People were stressed from the parking lot to the cash registers and rude. I was hungry after going to northshore animal league ,and wanted healthy food as i just a few days ago had a mastectomy and cancer . Was disgusted how porly behaved the higher class of people from this area behaved , selfish and pushy . To pay 23$ for soupe and salad that made me sick for the rest of the night. I could have been treated and fed 100%better at a resteraunt. So i will never go to a whole foods store again ,and will not recomend it. I would have been better off going out of my way to wild by nature and gotten a good salad and not gotten sick all night.

Would have been a decent store but the clerk double billed me on a $5.00 item that I questioned while still at the register, prior to paying. Clerk insisted it was correct, I paid and went immediately to the customer service counter to show them the undeniable error. CS returned the money they had double billed me for. The experience was interesting since the food was a cold/hot prepared take out/eat in lunch that when weighed in on their deli scale and 2 registers at 4 different weights and subsequent prices. Made me think they need some calibration for some consistency since they sell a huge quantity of bulk foods in fresh, dry and prepared areas... Restroom was a gross disaster.

The manager and staff here are committed to excellent customer service - no matter how hectic or tiring things may get on any given day. The staff here actually drop what they are doing and run around to get the product / pricing information you are looking for while you wait and rest easy or just continue your shopping. They will find you with the answer. They are a dedicated team and are much appreciated!! Excellent product selection too!!

An excellent whole foods an a excellent supermarket. Clean fresh foods, a drink bar, and a full on food court with seating. All sorts of neat little counters are here as well including coffee, beer, wine, pizza, sushi you name it. Buffets are here as well. The quality of food provided is above other supermarkets as well. However this is organic and health food oriented so expect to see a lot of granola, quinoa, coconut water and what not.

I am dismayed, called to complain and they made no resolve for me to drive out 6.5 miles to get stuff i can order online. I was waiting on the line, trying to check out 3 items only and the cashier had to void out one item and hailed for someone with a key. Apparently one person, has this magical key to do this procedure? I lost patience and walked out, this is unacceptable. To checkout under 5 items it took 10-12 minutes!!!!!!!!

Love Whole Foods, and this location is on my way home from work! Ill stop by weekly to pick up things to make for dinner or general groceries. The meat section is excellent. Im always getting fresh organic produce. Yes you may pay a little more for organic, but Im saving money and eating healthier by bringing my own lunch to work and cooking food at home. If Im going to indulge anywhere in life its going to be eating healthy.

Ive been going to Whole Foods in various areas since 1989. Since they redid the juice area, this on happens to be a decent WF. Its not as grandiose as some of the larger ones, like Cupertino, Calif. or Oakville Canada, but its pretty well stocked. Watch the meat dept, some of the deli hands are pretty green and shred the cold cuts by pressing down on dull blades. Otherwise its an ok store.

Everything is always fresh and delicious. You are certain paying for the value of what you receive. The staff is extremely accomodating, helpful, and generous. Partnered with Whole Foods for an event, as they kindly donated fresh bannanas for the walk. They always have what I want, and plenty of it! And if they do not, they put an order in for that product right away.

I loved this store until I had an unpleasant encounter with an employee during which I was humiliated and embarrassed. The store itself is lovely and so close to where I live. I now drive to the Lake Grove location and do my shopping once a week. The Jericho store has lost the thousands of dollars I had been spending there each year. They didnt seem to care.

There were only 2 people for the whole deli and prepared food section. I put in an online order and got there too early. They asked to sub one of the items, and what they subbed with was old. They dont put the day made or a use by date on the prepared foods so cant confirm. One of the platters they just brought the wrong thing even though i ordered online.

Nothing special about this location. The biggest turnoff is their prepared foods are microwaved. I asked about having something heated up for me and I was told they do not have ovens or steamers, just microwaves. Its shocking that this Whole Foods location is willing to lose out on all that revenue that the other Whole Foods cafes make.

The hot food buffet at 3pm was in desperate need of tlc. The food needed to be replaced with fresher or more current heated food. The muffins were totally gone on weekday. At register 7 you had to fight against 6 hand held baskets that Manager or floor staff should picked up. Jericho location

Whole Foods gets a bad rap for their pricing, but they have gotten much better. Their 365 brand is low cost, their produce is always super fresh. I shop here at least 3 times a month, their organic selection cannot be matched by any other store.

This place has all healthy/holistic foods and products and is very big. Usally busy and the food court is exceptional. Very clean and they have fresh organic produce and a juice bar. Coffee discounts are offered to students occasionally.

Like most other Whole Foods, you can find anything you want and more. The shelves are neat and clean. At first glance the store can be a bit confusing, but just ask one of the many employees for help and they are eager to help.

Everything you can possibly need housed in one bldg. Great selections on most everything... Soups to nuts and everything in between!... Staff is overly friendly, helpful and caring... Shop here at least 2 a week

Nice lay out. Pricey though, considering you can get many of the same items at your local grocery for half the price. But if youre going to hot foods its a good place to go because they have a nice selection

As a whole, I like the place itself. But they only get two stars because they allow disgruntled veterans who would insult Asian customers by calling them "Chinese Gooks" to solicit money outside the store.

This is a little out of the way for me, Im from Long Beach, NY but the employees were not helpful AND it was crowed. Do not go on a Saturday afternoon. You could barely move and it was slim pickings.
