I bought a Polaris 450 over the phone from Chris . We are from Maine and were traveling to Connecticut anyway so its wasnt like we went out of our way . ATV was ready and waiting with winch installed as promised. Paperwork and final process went smoothly. Salesman Chris and manager Ryan were professional knew their job and made the sale smooth and easy. Couldnt have asked for an easier or more stressfree process. Best new powersport dealership in the area...period!!!!! Enthusiast owned and run!!! Cant describe it any better than that. Josh took a friend and I all the way to Maine to demo the hottest, newest, top of the line hi performance trail sleds!! All I can say is wow!!! I havent been on a good trail sled in a few years...mostly riding backcountry. I got out of riding trail cause the sleds just beat you up if the trails werent good. These sleds just soaked up the bumps...and the power is AMAZING!! ....even on the 600cc XCR. Now the hard part is deciding which sled to buy!!!! Top notch dealership Guys!!! Keep up the good work!

Did not realize they were around until Chaplin went out of business. Wish I dealt with Scranton from the beginning. Very prompt service, professional and honest. Chris, from service, was more than helpful and quick to have my ranger back. Returned all calls promptly and with answers. Chandler always courteous and helpful as well. I could continue as to how impressed I was with this business but Im sure you get it by now. Will continue to use Scranton Powersports without hesitation.

Jeff and I stopped in just to take a peak at the Polaris Slingshot last Saturday. Took it for a test drive and we were hooked. Our sales person Michael was great! I love this place. I stopped in recently to check out a side x side, and the salesman (Michael N.) was truly a pleasure to work with! No pressure, and he took the time to show me all of the options, and compared the pros and cons of various models without just going to the most expensive choice. Its always nice to get an old-fashioned greeting from salesmen these days rather than that cookie-cutter generic greeting youll receive at other businesses. A man named Michael N. was very polite and knowledgeable. He was assisting me with a Polaris and was well versed with the products they offer. My friend Merrill and JP were with me at the time and both were equally pleased with the service as well as the facility.
