I grew up going to Price club as a kid then Costco took over and that was in Northern CA. I always liked Costco but here it is depressing. So Small. no gas. In Ca they put all the organics into Green sleeves so you could see them from far away. They are now doing the same thing at Sams in Hudson. Green sleeves for organics. This Costco is where the ones in CA were 10years ago. They did the same thing Put all the organics in the center so you could walk around them. Then they put all the organics in Green sleeves so you could really see them. I still like Costco. The quality is consistantly better than Sams and BJs, They need to remodel and get the dairy into a case behind the vegetables as they have done in so many other Costcos Also I was shocked to find brown rice from Arkansas. Do you know about the arsenic in the rice in the south used to kill the Bole Weavils. They say especially brown rice needs to be from California not from the southern states.

Its close to home for me and right off Route 3. This was convenient for me when I had a flat tire that needed replaced. The technician whos at the front desk is really friendly and professional. He got me in and out within 2 hrs so I could make it into work. The Tire Center always does a good job but is usually very busy so call ahead to find out wait time. Most of the time I just drop off my car for tire rotations then go shopping. FYI - if you buy your tires from Costco and need replacements, they will give you a discount on the new ones based on the percentage of tread left. Theres also free tire rotations for the life of the tires you buy from them. Useful info when your leaks or you need a flat repair. :)

Costco is one of the best places. We have a membership, but we now live in Maine which has no Costcos. So we make a weekend as a family of traveling down to Nashua to go to Costco and enjoy some of the other shops and malls in the area. We love that they have fresh samples, the great prices, their selection of organic products, and their great customer service. We also have their Amex card, which will be changing to a Citibank Visa soon. The benefits are the best we have seen if you are looking for cashback. The Visa will have even better benefits. We usually get about $300 to $400 back every year for making purchases at the gas pump, grocery store, or anywhere.

I went to Costco to get a large garden shed for my husbands birthday. Not only did someone get it down and load it on the cart but took it out to my truck and loaded it in. I thought I had bungee cords so I told them I didnt need further help. The bungee cords had been taken out and when the man at the door noticed my problem he went and got twine and locked the boxes in and tied the cover down to the trailer hitch. He went under the truck while wearing nice tan dress pants. What a great place to shop.

It was crowded, loud, and the employees were no help. My dad came to get a membership, and the employee did not understand the system. There was no way to tell what was in each aisle unless you walked down them. Some products where wrapped in plastic sheeting, as if they were just shipped, so that you had no idea what was inside. But when you could find things, they were very cheap price wise. In the area where food was sold, there were many free samples, which made the vist slightly more enjoyable.

This is a great store, though I wish I had a Costco closer to the seacoast region of New Hampshire. I have been to many Costcos throughout the West Coast, and was so pleased to find this store after moving here to New Hampshire. The parking lot is huge, though is often filled almost to capacity, because this is a very busy store. Nonetheless, Costco is one of the best stores in the US, and based on experiences with the chain, and conversations with employees, the company deserves our business.

I love Costco as a company, their return policy is the best youll find and the prices are good. So why only 3 stars? This particular location has by far the worst selection I have ever seen for a Costco, and Ive been to several. Whenever I go into a different Costco, Im overwhelmed with the number of items I wish this one carried. Unfortunately I would have to go significantly out of my way to visit a different Costco so Im stuck with this one.

We drove to Nashua the only Costco in the state of New Hampshire to buy tires and it was a 35-mile drive and to buy tires turns out to be a three-day Evolution. Youve got to pay for the tires the day before then bring your car in when after they get the tires leave the car and then come back after its been finished not feasible for us living 35 miles away and any cost savings would be taking up on driving back and forth or staying in a motel

This Costco isnt as busy as others in the area but Id still avoid it on the weekends if possible. Parking can get tricky and getting in and out quickly is nearly impossible due to people blocking up the isles getting food samples and somewhat long checkout lines. Still, you cant beat Costco for consistently good quality products, especially from their store brand Kirkland.

Although its crowded on the weekends and around holidays, I love Costco! I have been a regular customer for around 15 years. We buy all our staple items there because they carry good brands and the prices are great. The people who work there seem to like it - they are helpful and friendly - and some of them have been there for as long as Ive been a customer.

Always the best prices. The employees always go out of their way to help. Best warranty on everything from electronics to tires. Great, flexible hours. The food court is inexpensive and delicious. Where else could you get a huge delicious pizza for $10 no matter whats on it? I find womens pants for 1/3 the price of most department stores.

The store itself is great with all hard-working people. However, there is this one guy in the membership section (Roc***). Very unfriendly, cocky. Been there multiple times so far, but every encounter was a bad experience. He needs to be more courteous. Remember, the membership section is the first encounter for first-time visitors.

Costco is great and this is another one - what more can I say. We joined Costco years ago after hearing a piece on NPR about how Wall Street analysts were complainingthat Costco salaries were too high and the benefits were too generous. We immediately decided that was our kind of business and we have been happy customers for years.,

Clean store, has everything you need, helpful employees, and self checkout lanes. I love their organic section! Ive had memberships to Costco, Sams club and BJs and Costco and Sams club have had much better prices Ive found, the difference for me is Costcos store-brand is much better than Sams club.

Chris D. is correct. Costco elsewhere have much better selections. However the return policy is great. Just because Nashua is a small town its still part of the greater Boston metro area and people here have $$$s. Costco management should consider upgrading their merchandising in this store.
