How this Kmart is in business is beyond me. The place is demilitarized zone. The paint is pealing off the wall and not stocked well. No wonder Walmart and Target are kicking this place around. At least Walmart and Target stores are clean and maintained nicely. Retuned to this Kmart on 12/23 since I needed a Kenmore toaster oven that only Kmart sells. Sadly not much is changed except from my last review. The lines are stupid long for the amount of registers open. Ive been in a cash out line for 10 minutes with zero movement. 5 register are open yet zero movement. I abandoned my cart mid store because the crowds of people were getting vocal and upset. If you can by all means shop anywhere else but here! But sadly there is not many other places to shop in the area.

Every time I shop at this store I always leave with more than what I needed. Love the awesome deals they offer and the SYW is definitely a deal breaker for me. Kmart is not afraid to hand out discounts and rewards unlike "WALMART!!!" The last time I went there, a couple days ago, I was waiting in a line. The service desk offered me to cash out there and I took it. Im so glad I did! Keli, Stacey and another co-worker (guy wearing black) had me laughing. They were so nice. Keli promoted kmarts top deal which was buy one pair of shoes get one for $1. I had to get some! Who could pass that up? Now my kids are happy with their new shoes and Im happy because I was treated like a customer should be. Thanks so much. Im sure I will be there again in a few days :-)!

I hate coming in this place because every time I do there is a 20 min wait at check out time. There is NEVER enough cashiers and you can clearly see management hanging out just watching the line like were idiots instead of taking customers. Its run more like a mom and pops store than a corporate store. I will say there some great employees like Laurie at customer service and the floor supervisor Alexis who went above and beyond to assist me. I find it hard to believe that if this KMART were in a more affluent neighborhood it would be this DIRTY and unprofessional. The only reason they get stars are because of those two aforementioned employees.

Terrible store! For me, what made it intolerable were the other customers. 2 out of 3 lines were at a standstill when I was waiting to pay. In one line was an idiot who didnt have enough $ for everything she wanted, so the cashier had to ring for a supervisor to void the sale. In the other line was an equally stupid woman who held everyone up because when the cashier scanned everything, she insisted they wait for her friend who was getting something else; instead of voiding that sale, the cashier waited-unbelievable! The clientele at this store is obviously the dregs of society-we would never go back there!

me gusta por que tienen buenos precios en los articulos del hogar y tienen el servicio de lay away todo el año tambien la mejor agua embotellada la venden ellos, lo que no me gusta es que siempre hay pocos cajeros y se parda mucho para pagar.

I was there on 3/21/10 and looking for an item inside the case in the electronics department there employees have got to be the rudest people I have ever encountered. They literally searched only the things that I could have seen thru the glass and after about 120 seconds of that they told me that there was a gamestop next door that would have what I was looking for I mean really? Who does that. I dont want to help you find it here so go next door they will help you find it.

If I could give no stars I would. Place is a mess, the empoyees are ok. Some are just downright disgusting. Someone employed there stole my shop your way account number and bought stuff in the store on camera. Very sad. I will have to go to Attleboro, because after the theft I cant p/u items there anymore. They seriously need an overhaul. They really upset me about this theft thing. Makes me not want to shop at any kmarts if they employ these kinds of people.

This is the worst place to shop. The staff always has an attitude, the lines always take forever and I read an employee name tag, ivelis, she was gonna get punched in the face for her dirty face and stank attitude. I was in the make up section looking for foundation, taking my time and she tells me Im taking long and I look like Im stealing. I will never shop here again. Hurry up and go out of business please.

There was no one at Layaway, Really bad Service , Everyone was giving Attitude, The Fittings Rooms Were dirty Coat Hangers Were Everywhere on the floor. It took 45 Minutes For someone to put things on layaway I pressed the thing for someone to come with the layaway, I went to the front of the store to tell someone we need someone in the Layaway Department no on came for 45 minutes until someone came ....

Awful customer service, do not go! We were waiting at the fitting rooms and there is a button that says "press here for service" we pressed it and waited for someone to come over, finally after 7 minutes a lady comes stomping over screaming "who pushed the button, you dont need to push that!" Well how were we supposed to know when the sign says push button for service. Awful employees all around!

Certain departments are messy and understocked. Store itself isnt very clean. Checkout lines are usually very slow. The staff are pretty rude too and dont acknowledge customers. Its like a bizarre, half assed version of walmart. The only positives are the buy one get one shoe deals and reward points that can also be used at sears.

This place is a disaster.. Nobody does their job. I witnessed 6 managers just standing around laughing goofing around not paying attention. I sat in line for 20 minutes while only 2 registers were open the busiest time of year. Somebody seriously needs to get it together in this store

I returned a DEFECTIVE product and was told I couldnt get all my money back. Just 25$ out of 54. Extremely weird. If you are going to give me half, why not all of it? And on a gift card? So you kept over half, and I HAVE to spend the rest AT K-MART!!! SCAM ALERT!!!!!

Almost every time I shop here the line at the register takes a long time. Before making it to the register I cant find help. The few time that I have shoped at this Kmart they where out of stock of what I was looking for. I avoid this Kmart as much as I can.

Long lines, rude ignorant staff,poor quality merchandise, dirty disorganized store,higher prices than all competition. Why anyone shops here is beyond me . I wish it would just go out of business, so hopefully a decent store can go in there.

Customer service is very good and Kmart has improved by cleaning their products very well and Kmart has an advantage they also have layaway that makes it convenient for a person like me that works with a budget thank you Kmart
