Worst customer service experience by a photo studio! Had an appointment scheduled for 4:30. After getting a confirmation the day before decided to plan our family day around the 4:30 appointment to take the pictures. Already prepaid. When we got to the store at 4:25 was told by Amy that our schedulle was at 11:45 not 4:30 and that no one would have called us to confirm. Then when to go on an explanation on how apparantly we made the mistake. Then went ahead to ignore us and basically say that she had a busy schedule day and was nothing she could do.

Nice store. Can find what we want and need. Friendly and helpful service. Gladly looked up inventory in other stores. Good discounts. Easy to reach by bus. No place to lock a bike as far as I can see. Plenty of parking.
