Despite all the negative reviews, my wife and I go to this Walmart almost every week and have never had any real problems with the exception of occasionally waiting in a long checkout line (5 minutes on average), but doesnt that happen anywhere you go?? Still, Ill admit that it is rather silly to have so many registers and only have a few open at any given moment. Otherwise, any time weve asked someone about something, they were very helpful. We had some fliers printed there not too long ago, and when I went to pick them up, the reps were very nice and had it right there ready for me. However, the only occasions where the reps were rude was at the service desk at the front of the store. They were short with us and not too friendly. Ive never understood why its so a la mode within the past decade to throw so much blind hatred on Walmart. Everyone and their dog hates Walmart, but still shops there. Still trying to figure that one out.

This place is the biggest dump Ive ever seen! The store looks filthy. The stuff on the racks looks like its the Salvation Army and everything has been rifled through and is not even put away. The limited food selection is mostly processed food. The floors look disgusting, the isles are narrow so only one person might be walking through at a time. One can one assume the facilities are as dirty as the rest of the store looks. Good thing I didnt need them or I would have went out back and used the dumpster, which had a fresh coat of paint and looked so clean. Highly recommend the dumpster company that maintains this by the way. The customers look as miserable as the cashiers. The line for customer service is out the door and only one person is working behind the counter. For great people watching and time killing come here. Otherwise, avoid unless you are the last person on earth.

I used the ship to site for the Walmart in Hudson, where you purchase merchandise online and receive free shipping to your local store.The department is a hole in the wall at the back of the store with a counter. No one actually works the department,and no one really cares about it either! You need to ring for service and wait around for some one to come down and help you. I waited almost 20 minutes before a "Customer Service manager" showed up to give me the merchandise I had already paid for, and another 5 minutes for this "manager" to figure out how to ring the sale up! What a joke! Next time I will pay the shipping and save myself the aggravation! The bottom line is they already have your money, do not expect them to be in a rush to get your merchandise for you! If you expect good customer service, you should not be shopping in this Walmart!

This Walmart is the worst. Their staff are poorly trained and provide terrible customer service. On top of this it is always crowded and online pickups take a long time. Tonight I brought a product back that had a recall issued on it and which Walmart had sent me an email about instructing me to return to the nearest store. The customer service rep at the counter tried to tell me that I needed to contact the mmanufacturer about it because she couldnt figure out how to enter the recall item into her system - despite my having my order confirmation. I had to insist that she call the manager over and refuse to leave unless she did. The manager fixed everything. This is not the first time Ive had difficulty with this store or even this employee. If possible i suggest going to a different Walmart or, better yet, an entirely different type of store.

staff here are incredibly rude, they need to have a serious layoff and hire all new staff... I sat in line for 15 min 1 time with no customers in front of me. I kept saying "Excuse me Mam" and she just ignored me until she was done doing whatever it was she was even doing. This is my opinion is terrible customer service. She wasnt friendly and she did not even properly greet me. Upon Finally getting over to me she had this miserable attitude... behavior like this is contagious. You dont want to have customer service like this, you want people to leave the store happy. Overall I got what I came for but it was really not a great experience and Im dissatisfied and disappointed with how poor the service was for such a well known company. disgraceful.

So when something is clearly shown stacked perfectly, and with a few items not just 1 under a price, to keep customers happy and want to shop at your store, without hesitation you honor a price. Being in customer service my entire life, customer is usually 95% right. In my instance, apparently a customer is supposed to kbow price tags are always below left of a product? Or if ai question the pricing, get on the floor and determine how to undetstand the price tags and see if i know where they put or if a UPC is in it? These are the excuses the store manager told me, after the CSM, after the ASST. MGR came to speak to me, after a picture from a customers POV, shows a different price than what rang up. Can anyone else see what I see?

This walmart is ok. I feel that there is too much space dedicated to technology, which could be used to expand the food and convenience sections because that is where most of the traffic is. As with most walmarts, they have too many cheap items that just break on you, especially cooking utensils. My biggest gripe with this walmart is the lack of self-checkout. Sometimes, there will only be 3-4 employees with lines 6 deep. If they could siphon off one of those employees and have them monitor 4 self checkout units, the lines would be shorter. The best part of walmarts is that they are open late. This one is open till 12 AM on weekdays. I have gone there many times for random items late at night.

Omg! Why , why do you have the slowest person working the 10 items or less line ... Why do you have only 2 to 3 registers open when theres a line going all the way to the freezers ... Why dont you just have self check out so you can just get rid of all the old ladies and teenaged that dont even work anyways ... Im serious you guys are sllllllloooooowwww and s$ ... Why when I need to ask a question do the workers literally run away like they cant hear me ... I also have heard the pharmacy people saying really rude things about and to customers ... All walmarts have been going down hill for years

Was, just their went to self checkout as i requested assistant with my card at the register the employee I asked for help kept helping other people before me I did stand and wait a good five to almost ten mins to her her attention for maybe the third time and I believe she refused to come help me but I hot poor service I hope the cameras captured that aswell after I figured my issue myself and walked to leave she just continued to stare at me I wish I got her name she short with short blonde hair looks like in her thirtys..... Ty walmart associates
