Worst Walmart of all time. Firstly, the parking lot is too crowded, the Walmart shopping cart corrals spilling into multiple parking spots. Secondly, their pharmacy is completely incompetent, telling me my health insurance has been cancelled years ago, and upon further calling for confirmation, they hang up quickly and tell me they dont know what the problem is. Another frequent problem being that products have one price listed on the shelf, but ring in as a higher price at the register. After pointing this out to the cashier, she said I must visit customer service. Id rather lose my dollar today and never return. The only good thing about this place is their close proximity to Hannafords, Five Guys, Panera and the Paper store. Other than that, this place is just an unnecessary hassle.

Clean store, good option on stores in the plaza...Staff is friendly but I run into the same thing that I do at other Walmarts in that staff usually do not know anything about the products in their department, especially electronics, where I am routinely given "Sorry, I dont know anything about ______(Insert-SD cards, TVs, radios, etc)" as the reply to my question on a product...It amazes me that they dont train the department lead/staff on the different products they have...I assume that is how they keep their prices competitive? I always know I am pretty much on my own when shopping for technical items (unless I just get lucky and the department leaf/staff has a personal interest in the products themselves)

Went in to Chelmsford Ma. Walmart on a Tuesday night. Got a great price on a fan. Went to check out only 2 registers open with 20 people in each line. So many people were angry in line. I called the store while in line and said there is 20 people in line and a gruff woman said " I am out back , how would I know The recording to Walmart says you VALUE your customer , but your Actions say otherwise !!!! Always long lines at this store, and gruff employees. Other Walmarts are not like this one.

Just stopped into this store to quickly pick up a couple of items . Headed to the check outs and that is where life came to a dead stop. 2 registers open, 14 not being used and a long line of people waiting to leave the store. After several minutes of waiting and not moving I put my stuff down and left. If Walmart wants to get more people into their stores they need to make sure the customers can get out in a timely fashion. Most likely will choose a different store next time.

Terrible service, rude employees- act like they are doing you a favor by ringing you up, makeup section should be condemned & its been like that for years, empty shelves all over the store, takes weeks to restock, dont bother calling to ask a question, they answer the phones at the fitting room and are so RUDE as if you are interrupting them, then they hang up on you. Never again.

They recently refurbished the interior of this Wal-Mart, but a new coat of paint wont cover up poor service, screaming customers, screaming employees, having the phone hung up on you by pharmacy staff, and loads of mis-stocked shelves and filth. I attempted today to speak to three employees, none of which spoke English. Sorry Wal-Mart, but never again.

This is the stereotypical Walmart which you dont want to have in your town. It isnt clean, the staff isnt friendly or helpful, and for some reason there seems to always be a police officer responding to a call here. I do give them credit for stepping up their game and reorganizing and renovating but it is years away from where it needs to be.

This Walmart is small and unfortunately typical of the experience youve come to expect from their race to the bottom approach. Employees are not friendly and very unhelpful. Ive waited over 10 minutes at the online order pickup desk more than once, calling the store from within to ask them to page an associate to the back.

(totally not for hire) Im actually sitting on the phone with them now. I went from General assistance, to the store manager, to the IT dept, to the IT dept manager all within about 10 minutes. I was asking hard questions, so this was a good solid escalation, and everyone knew what they were taking about. Good job Walmart.

Good place to shop for all your house needs and they have their own brand called Great value and Mainstays which sells good quality products at very affordable rates and also you will find all the varieties. Do check their clearance section and if you are lucky you may find something you wanted at a very cheap price.

Very rude people in customer service. I called multiple times to speak with someone and the woman that I spoke with was incredibly rude and when I asked to speak with a manager, she put me on hold for a half an hour before I was disconnected.

Went in to cash my check. Was declined and told to call certegy. Certegy said it was because of improper information entry. Im sorry but Dennis wont let me cash my check and get my money because he forgot one "L" in my first name. Pathetic.

Its an alright walmart. On the smaller side and ALWAYS busy lines. Half the lanes will be closed as if there wasnt enough employees. Not to mention you will pay taxes in this store vs a 10 minute drive to the walmart in new hampshire.

Crappiest Walmart in the world. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come over to a Department, had them paged twice, and no show. Only one cashier at the checkout during Christmas shopping season, eventually abandoned our cart in disgust

1. Phone number is not even registered as a Walmart number, it shows as Adnan Abdul. 2. They kept me on hold for hours 3. Product I was looking for was on stock and they was denying the product over the phone.

Old building, not much for selections. Everything I have ever looked for there has been out of stock. Poor parking lot that is shared with a Payless, Paperstore and Resteraunts. Hardly ever a spot to park.

When you have a question they pass the buck to another. Then it gets worse because they have no idea. You try to track someone down they look the other way. One more learn how to answer your phones.

Its Walmart. This location is usually a bit better than most others in the area at keeping shelves stocked and the floors free of fallen merchandise but overall it is nothing to get excited about

In terms of walmarts this one is a bit ghetto. Its a bit dirty and cluttered. They are doing some work to rearrange things a bit, but its still not a really nice building.

Its Walmart. Only bad thing I can say is my truck was broken into in their parking lot. Not their fault, but make sure you park in a very visible place and lock your doors!

Dont listen to the crabby people This is just like every Walmart everywhere. An older building perhaps but more discounted items due to the poor demographics of the area.
