BUYERS BEWARE ‼️‼️‼️ Stay Away ‼️ This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a car Dealership . I seen a pickup I wanted , so I stopped to checked it out . They refused to let me drive it on the interstate , and They refused to let me take it to a mechanic unless one of them rode with me , and would only grant me a 20 minute window . (even thou I had left a deposit ) . They told me that they have to protect their property from theft . I sat down , got approved for the loan , and they told me my payment . They told me it came with a bumper to bumper warranty , that the bank gives with the loan , only to find out , that it was a bogus after market warranty from Direct Buy Auto Warranty . That they were trying to sell me using my down payment money ! They also forged a fake KBB on my trade , as well as the truck . I went back after closing , to do a full inspection. I found the truck to freshly repainted over all the rust , and bondo, and the underbody was oil coated . The rust was so bad that I could break flakes off of the underbody beams, and the frame . There were wires that were cut , wires melted through , broken seals , and about half a dozen oil leaks . I went back to do a second test drive , and they refused to let me go on another test drive . I demanded them to give me my deposit back , and they laughed and said that because of the holiday , it would be a couple business days till I could get it . Also while I was there they were sitting around laughing about all the broken down customers they had previously sold junk too , that were trying to sue them . They were very vague , and dishonest . When they found out that I wasnt going to do the deal , and that I wanted my deposit back IMMEDIATELY, they told me to get out , and that they never needed my business in the first place , and they would call me when my deposit is ready for pickup . The Finance manager runs the place , and thinks hes a gangster . STAY AWAY !!!!!!!

Outten has grown with my family. We got our first car from outten 10 years ago and got several cars through those years. Today my daughter bought her first car Outten and I am thrilled! Mohammad has been our salesman for each and every one of our purchases. He is awesome! He definitely works for his money with us, we tell him what payment we would like to see and he does everything in his power to make it happen. SHOUT OUT TO MOHAMMAD AND MO for making our lives just a little bit easier.
