I have to say I will never buy another car anywhere else. They have earned a customer forever. My experience was seamless start to finish. Not only did I leave with a new 2015 Ford Escape with all the bells and whistles, a fabulous payment, knowledge about my New Ford Truck but I left there after I got to know the most caring team of people. I started working with Matt Dymit over the phone. He called and left me a message and his cell phone number. We spoke on the phone and began to text back and forth. Basically the transaction was done over the phone and the rest was a piece of cake. He worked with me start to finish. He even touched base with me to make sure I had a safe ride back home. Matt and his team were simply amazing. He took me on a test drive which is a nice path and a long enough test drive to really get a feel for the (in my case) truck. He explained all the features. My truck can order me dinner. Now thats amazing. I understood the safety features which is important to a mother of two young kids. They didnt run my credit many times to damage my score like many dealerships have in my past experience. They asked me lots of questions and understood exactly what was important to me. The day I bought my Truck my God Daughter gave birth to her first son. He was born his jaw, palette and tongue not developed. His toes on his right foot not developed. He was taken to CHOP where he still is as he is a week old today. He will be there over the next 4 to 6 weeks for testing and the doctors will know more then. He has a strength about him and if hes anything like his mother he will continue to keep growing stronger. He has all the love in the world. His mother was and always will be my first love. I texted Matt today to ask him to keep a look out for a reliable cost effective vehicle. Now what you have to know is they all worked as a team and got me out as quick as possible that night so I was able to go to the hospital and see my God Daughter. Matt continually followed up and when I reached out to him today he did the unthinkable. He helped. He got right on it asking me what he could do. He made a go fund me page and started to raise money to help my God Daughter so she could get a car to get her back and forth to the hospital and appointments as her son starts his surgery. Matt the very kind easy going guy who explained every detail and made sure I was completely happy with my new truck purchase jumped right in and helped me in a way that was pleasantly shocking. There is no words for the compassion that young man showed for me from the second of the first phone call. I am getting choked up just putting my thoughts to words. If you or your family need a car before you go anywhere else go see Matt and his team in Quakertown. You will be happy you went and I can assure you this dealership is people oriented, kid friendly and a caring family. I will share this story with anyone who will listen. On top of everything I just shared with you I have 2 more things to add they will handle my oil change and my tire replacements and thats part of my payment that I asked for when had my first conversation. This is the best service I have received in any industry. This is the way I care about people and I have accepted less than WOW service my entire life but not after knowing a business can hire and train GREAT people like Matt and his Team. Thank you guys for a perfectly perfect transaction. I love love love my Ford Escape.

I went to Ciocca for a few worranty items when my car was under bumper to bumper when I moved to the area after the navy (MM2 w/ honorable discharge). The service representatives at the desks are helpful and willing to fix the problem. They took care of several items including a loose screw rattling in the tailgate. A brake light that the seal was bad and it had condensate inside of the lense. Finally a fulty O2 sensor. The problem lies with the the suspect repairs. First; the loose screw was rattling after they supposedly fixed it. Then the second time they "fixed" it the panels on the inside of the lift gate where they get to some fasteners for the lift gate skin were falling out due to the retaining tabs being broken. They did order new ones and replaced them after I had to talk to a manager and the technician to point out the broken parts that were a result of the repair of the loose screw (super awkward). The next problem was a result of them fixing a fulty O2 sensor (so far so good with the sensor). The issue is after I got the sensor fixed I was not due for an oil change on the car for another 6000 miles. When I went to do my oil change (I do all of my own maintenance for i beleave having a intimate knowledge of your machine helps you to recognize a potential problem) noticed that the liner under the engine bay was sagging a little. When I was removing the air dam and the liner under the engine bay to get to my filter and oil pan the liner was missing 4 of the 11 fasteners. Oddly they were missing in the middle of each side front, back, passenger, and driver side. The missing front was under the separate air dam portion that is held up with an additional 3 fasteners that goes over where the missing fastener was supposed to be. (I cannot see how that one could fall out for it is sandwiched in by the air dam portion.) So, I went back to the service department to get my missing fasteners (After I called about 3 hours earlier and was promised a return call to fix the issue and did not receive a call back) I talked to the service representative that I called and he was apologetic about not contacting me (I understand being swamped with work) called the parts department and got the parts approved for me at no charge. BUT!!! He said I should have came earlier to ask for the missing fasteners after they repaired the O2 sensor (I didnt have an oil change due for 6000 miles and had no reason to remove the liner let alone have to crawl under the car). So implying that I have to go over ther service technicians work after they do the job? Is that what I have to do to make sure they have fixed my car and reinstalled everything correctly? That simple statement of trying to defer blame back on to the costumer for not dubble checking there professional technicians work has lost me as a customer. There are plenty of other ford dealers wanting your and my patronage and I would not recommend them for any repairs. I had 3 original things that needed fixing and I had to go there 6 times. That is an awful track record.

Horrible dealer, I purchased a 2013 GT500 for approximately $52,000 after tax from them. After taking the vehicle back to New Jersey, the next day I observed that the vehicles paint was miss matched. After taking the vehicle to a certified Ford body shop I was advised that it was involved in an accident and was repainted in the back half. After contacting the General Manager (Agg Antonio) I explained to him that I was never advised of the vehicles condition. After going back and forth he contacted me and told me, "I dont have to do anything, the vehicle wasnt misrepresented but I can give you 500 dollars". After feeling I was backed into a corner I took the money. I wrote a review that was far from pleasant as I am doing now. I received a call from Agg within approximately 20 minutes. He was very nasty saying that, "You wouldnt have wrote the review if you were sitting next to me". Well after a few words were returned he asked if I can remove the review but also told me that, "I can get good reviews to cover it". I attempted to contact the owner by calling another Ciocca dealer manager (Ciocca Toyota). After explaining to this manager that I would like to get a message to the owner he told me that I will get a return call back. Well GOOD JOB cause I received a call from guess who, Agg antonio. It seems the managers cover for each other. Agg told me he will not say he will take the vehicle back but wanted to have his people try to fix it. I explained to him that the GT500 value is now much lower than it should be and I overpaid for it. I even offered to let them keep $1500 because of the miles I put on it coming back to New Jersey if they take it back. But he said again I didnt say I would take it back. The salesman Ron told me that if he knew he wouldve told me about the condition. I do believe HIM at least as he wasnt a bad guy. There is no way that this dealer didnt know about the paint work on this car. Either their people are inept or they knew the condition and hid it as the vehicles car fax was clear and figured they can get away with it as they did with me. REAL SMART of the prior owner to hide the work as best he can and get rid of the vehicle, THANK YOU whoever you are!! If the dealer owner hires a person like this to take care of the business I feel bad for him or her. I wouldnt be surprised if Agg Antonio was the one responding to these reviews pretending to be the owner. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THIS VEHICLE WAS NOT REPRESENTED CORRECTLY!!!! THUMBS DOWN CIOCCA!!! Apologies to the owner as I hate to put down a business but this is my experience and maybe you can fix some of the problems that are very relevant. (This review represents all true events and is my opinion).
