Danny Labrum

In response to Adrian Montgomery. On April 5 of 2014, he bought a used SUV with around 120000 miles on it. It is a used vehicle and all customers are offered extended warranties for these situations. We did run this vehicle through the shop and it passed all inspections. If something was wrong with it during the used vehicle inspections, we do fix it so we can stand behind the vehicle for a limited time and miles. We do wish that we could see inside of engines, transmissions and all major components, however it is just not feasible. We got a call from the customer around Jan of 2015 and I offered to have him bring it to our shop to see if we could help out in anyway, but he declined. The customer bought this car 9 months prior and to my knowledge there was no issues within the last 9 months, so how can it be a lemon? I do feel extremely sorry for this customer, but we cant afford to offer a life time unconditional warranty.

I reciently went in to have my parking brake repaired. After they "repaired it" I tried it out and it still didnt work properly. I was told that "that was the way it was supposed to work"... I then ask to try one of the similar cars on their lot...of which the brake worked perfectly. So then the manager said he knew a "trick" on how to fix it. After 4 hours and a couple of angry confrontations I was out of pocket $600.00 of which now I know I could have had the work done anywhere else for only $300.00!! Honesty is hard to find when it comes to car repair...especially dealerships!!!

I was looking for a 2015 F150 truck in the state of California. I kept getting haggled I started to fee like all car salesmen were "used car" salesman. Just your stereo typical "sleezy" sales guy. I had a recommendation from my brother to call Landyn at Labrum. My experience was a complete 180 degrees. He found the exact truck I wanted and was able to do most the paper work before I came to the truck up. I spent 10 minute minutes in the dealership total. Next ford/Chevy I buy I am headed back to Labrums.

Bought a 2005 Chevy Colorado. Its solid and runs great! Process was simple and timely. I have limited experience buying vehicles, but they made things easy to understand. Friendly and honest service! I worked primarily with Landon who was awesome! A couple days after I drove it off the lot the truck had some minor mechanical issues. They had me in and out of the shop and repaired quickly. More than fair about taking care of things. I will definitely do business with these guys in the future!

On the surface the dealership is friendly and helpful, however I have little confidence in the product they are selling used because my General Motors product purchased from this dealer failed to the point of salvage within months of driving it from the lot. Its my opinion this dealer grossly misrepresented the condition of the vehicle and stuck me with a lemon. I wouldnt trust the used vehicles on this lot by any means. Run away, run far away.

I purchased a car from Labrum Chevrolet in July 2005. The service was great. Being a woman, I am very reluctant to set foot in a car dealership or shop without my husband. But I went to Labrum and felt completely comfortable. I knew they wouldnt take advantage of me. When is was time to get another car in October 2010, I returned to Labrum dealerships, but this time went to their Ford dealership. Thanks for taking care of me!

Everyone is very friendly, helpful, laid back (i.e. not pushy), speaks to me and not my husband. One of the only, if not the only, dealership I like doing business with. I will continue to purchase and have my vehicles serviced by Labrum.

Labrums is super great! I bought a car from them and the process was fast and painless! After driving it for a while it needed a part replaced, Labrums didnt let me down. They delivered a Ford Escape for me up with a car to drive in the mean time.
