I bought a 2013 Chevy Sonic here at the end of Dec. of 2015. Didnt notice that the cars A/C wasnt blowing cold as it was cold outside. Its been less than 90 days since the purchase and I have taken the car to two different shops to diagnose the A/C problem. I emailed Nate who sold me the car to see if they could do anything about the problem but have not heard back from them. Im very disappointed in the service that I have recieved after purchasing the vehicle.

After researching with my son for a few days. All options of resales all over the valley, we bought. A 2015 Ford Focus here... It was quick & hassle-free... many choices, low mileage, great prices, all newer used cars ... Researched many dealers inventory & pricing, they had most choices, newer cars & best prices. . Would buy again & recommend.. and the best part is that their Sales people are NOT hawks waiting to attack you when you get there

Laura Real was great while purchasing the car. But I guess it was my mistake for trusting her and Hertz. Not even 30 days after purchasing my car I was already putting money into it. And here it nearly 8 months later and Im still putting money into it. This first car experience has not turned out the best. I would not recommend buying a car here. All they do is upkeep to keep the cars on the road and will gladly sell them to you with issues.

I found the car I liked on the their website and inquired about it. Within minutes Laura had called me, and had pictures sent to my email for me to review. She was able to set my appointment right away, when I showed up the car was pulled up and ready for me to view it. She was honest, friendly, and professional. I bought the car, and I recommend her to anyone that wants to buy a car.

Just bought a 2012 Altima from Mike and it was a great experience. No pressure and no haggle (good) prices. I came in with financing from my bank but Mike beat their rate by a point and a half. Had a minor problem with the car and they took care of it immediately. It was my first time financing a car and going to Hertz was a great choice. I love my car!

VERY pleased with my experience here! Chuk is the man! I came here specifically for a 2015 Toyota Corolla. I had done my research and found that Hertz had the best prices and rates on a newer used car. I am in love with my new car. The process was made simple and I didnt feel like I was being hounded to buy a car. 100% recommend.

not so good they over charged me $2600.00 for taxes, title fee and license called them several times and no one will return my calls. Bought this car back in February its been 3 months! Next step is the attorney general office. Sorry I just dont get why they want to keep money that does not belong to them. what a pain

Its sad to say that Hertz Car Sales and the sales person was Laura real committed fraud to complete my loan and it caused me to lose my vehicle and also they are part of a stalking cyber hacking towards myself and Im working on a strong investigation to publicize it even stronger

Rented a full size car several weeks before and paid for it. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told they were sold out of my class size, but I could upgrade to a premium vehicle at a reduced rate(!) My choices were no car or pay more. There you have it
