First of all, I want to thank Dave, Bud, Jonah, and Jaime at EchoPark Automotive in Highlands Ranch, CO for providing an excellent vehicle purchase experience. Keep up the fantastic work. We started our search for a new “used” truck and utilized the typical tools of the trade to find the right vehicle for the right price. After our online research, we first went to a dealership in Colorado Springs called Rocky Mountain Auto as they had a nice truck but the experience of dealing with a typically used car sales approach and the way in which they conducted themselves did not feel right so we abandoned ship on that effort even though the truck would have been perfect. The following day I ran across a truck online that was at EchoPark Automotive in Highlands Ranch, so we casually dropped by to take a look. The truck was pretty much exactly what we were looking for and had ridiculously low mileage so I reviewed the process with the EchoPark associate. This is a “No Haggle” dealership so it is a take it or leave it approach but their pricing was in line with what I had researched as they weren’t the cheapest nor were they abnormally high. Not being one to buy on impulse we reviewed the truck, test drove it, and left and I asked them to provide me with all the financials for the deal via email so I could review them at our leisure before making a decision. Again, these folks are all salaried and not sales commission so no pressure one way or another which made for a much more comfortable assessment of my options. After reviewing the numbers we decided to give it another look a couple days later and obviously went into more details on any issues I saw that I wanted corrected, one of which was the clear coat was peeling in multiple places that I wanted to have fixed as well as a couple of other items. After going over the numbers again we agreed to purchase the truck with the expectation that several items would also be corrected which they agreed to. Purchase was smooth and relatively quick compared to my past experiences but what struck me is that lack of angst that you often experience when buying a “new” car. Now I love to negotiate a good deal but in this case it was irrelevant and even if I paid a little extra due to the “No Haggle” the positive experience was well worth any savings I might have dragged out of them. I also did purchased the leather treatment package which covers scratches and tears if treated properly which was worth it for the long haul since I have dogs in my vehicle regularly. I did not purchase the extended warranty at the time of the purchase but based upon my experience with them I will likely purchase it after the fact in the next month or so just for good measure and they service their vehicles onsite as well. For me the big difference from past experiences was how they treated us after we signed and drove away. The team at EchoPark went above and beyond to ensure all of my repairs, and then some, were corrected and done right. The EchoPark team even sent my truck back 3 times because they were not happy with the results of the clear coat and how the touch ups that I requested looked. Yes, it took more time, but I was more interested in getting it done right the first time so I didn’t have to go back. Their team’s attention to detail and a little inconvenience up front was well worth it for the long haul. Upon getting the truck back they also identified a couple of other items and promptly repaired those as well. I might also add that they provided me with a loaner vehicle while these repairs were being completed so it was truly no-impact to me personally other than me just being anxious for the new vehicle which the team at EchoPark completely understood. Finally received my truck back and it looked fantastic and I can say without a doubt that this was bar none the best vehicle purchase experience we have ever had thanks to the team at EchoPark Automotive of Highlands Ranch, CO.

I am somewhat of a car fanatic and end up buying a new vehicle every 12-18 months. This means that I have interacted with too many sleazy dealerships to count. I am almost at a loss for words to describe my experience with Echo Park. From the second I stepped foot in the dealership to the days following my purchase I was treated with complete honesty, dignity and respect. I am so used to being treated simply like a way to make a quick buck but instead I was treated like a long term customer and friend. I am so unbelievably impressed by the level of support I received during and after my purchase. I always thought of used car salesmen as sleazy, dishonest, commission crazy people but the folks I interacted with at Echo Park were the absolute complete opposite of that. They didnt try take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars/financing and wanted to make sure I was completely happy with my big purchase before I left and after I left. I was offered an extremely fair price for my trade (much more than the low balling traditional dealerships) and I paid a fair price for my new car. Shopping at Echo Park was like shopping with a good friend whom you trust and who knows everything there is about a car. A HUGE thank you to Blake and Craig at the Highlands Ranch dealership. You both have have be absolutely remarkable and I will be talking about my positive experience for months....make that years to come. Thank you for your honesty and for "making things right". I cant tell you how much I appreciate that! I love Echo Parks unique business model and will certainly be back when its time for my next car. I cant stomach the idea of going back to a traditional dealership and having to wade my way through sharks at the door and the barrage of lies and gimmicks that are surely soon to follow.

My review for the Highlands Ranch Team. On a whim I had decided to try out EchoPark for an oil change on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, as this location is very, very close to my home. Bill and his team are VERY kind, thorough and above all, professional. They know their stuff! Since my first visit, I have decided to make THIS location my go-to place for all of my Jeeps ("Marge") needs. After each visit, Bill goes over the service thoroughly with me and ensures that I understand everything. Just last night I had to bring Marge in after work to have my AC looked at. It was determined that a part was needed and that Bill would call me the next day and let me know when he will have the part and when I could come in. Ironically, as I am writing this review, Bill called and said the part will be here later today and can fit me in first thing tomorrow. Bill and Ten(sp?) seem to always go the extra mile with their customers and its not just me either, as I observed the same consideration with other customers while waiting in their amazing lobby and drinking one of their lattes. Watching the team work on your vehicle is also very cool. The place is clean, clean, CLEAN!! Everyone, from sales or service, that walk past me as Im in the lobby always gives a smile and/or a hello. I have been there a lot, these past few weeks and I swear Marge is on auto pilot. The service team completely supports me in that I have no plans to purchase a new car and that I want to keep Marge in tip-top shape, which she is, thanks to EchoParks expertise, honesty, customer service and professionalism. They are unique in that they do not pound you with the nickle and dime game. They truly have a wonderful business model and gain my loyalty as a customer. Keep up the good work, team!! You guys are awesome!!
