2012 Nissan Sentra SR 40,000 miles Bose speakers stolen and switched out with blown speakers. iPod port and the console tray are also missing. I have no idea what else may have been done to this vehicle. And this was after the new change in ownership. Avoid this place like the plague. We only wanted to get a lost key replaced. 300$ We drove it 5 miles home from the dealer and it sat for sale for four weeks. It wouldnt start. We had it towed back to the dealer to fix it again. They wanted to replace the computer and key antenna for 900$. We complained to corporate and the dealership did not want to honor corporates 50% parts discount until we complained again. So the car sat even longer until the price was agreed to. I complained about the parts missing after we noticed a couple days after pick up but it was ignored. A complete nightmare dealing with these people. I figure theyll never believe us about the missing parts so the only positive to come out of this would be to share our story so others are aware.

Formerly Jack Key Nissan of Las Cruces is now Nissan of Las Cruces. I took my vehicle in for a clunking/screeching sound after owning it for 2.5 years. The transmission had to be replaced and this took 3 weeks. When I finally got my vehicle back they gave it back to me damaged and said I signed a form acknowledging these damages. They gave me a copy of this form WITH MY SIGNATURE FORGED. AND NOT ONLY WAS THIS DOCUMENT FORGED, MY NAME WAS SPELLED WRONG! Now I am filing a lawsuit for damages and forgery. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY FOR SERVICES OF ANY SORT. The service and quality is horrible and they will forge signatures!

I went in on 6/14/16 to ask for a wheel lock key since mine had been stolen at bravo Chevrolet repair place and Max helped me out really well!! He and the team in the service department helped me with my issue!! They were extremely friendly and helpful and made me regret the decision of going to bravo. I highly recommend these guys (I dont know the names of the guys who helped me). I especially recommend speaking to max, the service advisor. Really great men there! Did I mention they give free car washes? We all need one every once in a while. You guys are the best!! Thanks so much.

Scam. Scam. Scam. Buyers Beware: Repair of a $1,000, quoted for $845 (illegal). Took 3 days to repair and over $300 in associated hotel fees. I drove for 40 mins to El Paso, TX, and the car broke down again because the water pump was not fixed correctly, delaying our trip 4 days more. More money spent on repairs, more money spent on hotels. Will call corporate and have their franchise licence revoked. Will take to small claims court.

Crooks!! Liars!! If you want a crook of a loan manager go see Enrique at jack key Chrysler, he will lie to you and lie 100% on the loan application to get the sale of a vehicle thru gecu! And district manager Noah will back him up 100% also! Stay away from here and spend your money with people who actually care for their customers and treat their customers right!

What am AMAZING experience! This is the first time that by the time I came back from the test drive all my paperwork was ready to sign! The guys working here are all about the customer service and really willing to work with you. Reno is the man to see when youre looking for your next car!!

I felt I got a good deal at this location but the customer service after you drive off the lot is horrendous. They do not follow up, they do not give you accurate information and everyone just passes the bucket. The service just KILLED the whole experience for me. Very disappointed.

Service sucked. Bought two cars from them only got one license plate. Noah the GM argued saying they couldnt do anything, mean while the temporary license plate was expired. Never buy from Jack Key once they have your money they dont care.
