Wish I would have read these reviews before I went there! Total scams, liars, and will cheat ya on a car! My car is a total Lemmon, almost two days after purchasing a vehicle, a 09 jetta the check engine light came on, brought it back multiple times cause they kept saying it was the gas cap, the last time they said it was a exhaust leak, they claimed to fix it. Three days after this so called repair the check engine light came back on for the same damn problem, but they wouldnt fix it! My front axle started making loud noises when I turned a month later, they wont fix it. Also sold me a car that had a tire that the wire was showing claiming it just needed a patch! Theres multiple other problems with this car that I dont want to add, its ridiculous, I needed a reliable car for my two kids and this is what I got! Also they are selling me a 09 with over 140k miles for ten grand when Kelly blue book prices it at less then 4 grand value! To top it off this was not the price they told me the car was going for! I would have NEVER agreed to pay 10 grand for this car! Dont go here, they will cheat you out of your hard earned money, even the guy who sold me the car left because Of their cheapness and how they treat their customers! Avoid this place like a plague!

I came here to sell my vehicle. They had a truck that looked pretty good, so I decided to trade them. I bought the truck at the end of August, it took them 6 weeks just to get me my title and plate, after telling me it would take 4 weeks max. They never called when they said they would to follow up on issues. The truck was never cleaned and their in-house person that they said "detailed it" didnt even vacuum it out and left trash and wrappers in the middle console. They said their detail person quit and they still havent sent me the money for me to have it detailed myself, after lying to me multiple times saying they had it or sent it. They are liars, they will cheat you every chance they have, do not go there, do not trust them, do not do any business with them. They havent even fulfilled what they put in writing when I purchased the vehicle, now almost a month ago. I have never dealt with such unprofessional, lying, cheating people and company before!!!!

If you go to Car time go see Tommy Martinez. I am in the Financial Services Industry and I see how people work hard and still have credit problems. Its hard time with wages down and when people go to find a used car at big dealer ship the sales man smells money and tries to get you in a car that you cant afford. The intrest is the comission. Tommy Martinez sold me a car back in 2007. The car was 2000 Honda. I needed my credit score to get better and it was a good way to start. Tommy also called me later that year to see if everything was working out. The payment was good. So I was able to make them on time so my credit went up. A car dealership can not be good with out a great person to show you around and work out a great payment plan so you can still enjoy the vehicle after you buy. I recommend to go see Tommy Martinez at Car Time

I just recently went in about a week ago to window shop and see the inventory on the lot and I was very impressed with the selection and the employees were very professional. I worked directly with Victor and Tony. As a young woman I was a bit apprehensive about buying a car I didnt want to be pressured into a decision and that was not the case at all. Victor was very patient with me and let me see and test drive a range of vehicles before I made my final decision. But the customer service went beyond that. Both Victor and Tony worked relentlessly to get me the best financing available and I couldnt be happier with my 2010 Jeep Patriot! I love my new car and I felt very confident in my decision. If your looking for a new car go to cartime first and ask for Victor! I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

I recently stopped by Car Time and was assisted by Tommy Martinez. This was my first time going to a local dealership instead of the likes of Chapman Honda or Jim Click Ford. I was not sure what to expect and had some doubts going in. Once I was there I received a greeting from Tommy on the lot and we began having a open discussion about MY needs. He asked questions and truly listened to what my needs and concerns were. He provided me with different options and knowledge on each vehicle that we looked at. After talking to him all my doubts were far gone. It felt like I was talking to a friend about buying a car opposed to talking to a salesman that was just trying to meet numbers. I highly recommend stopping by Car Time and giving a local dealership a chance at your business.

My husband and I drove in just to window shop before we made a new purchase. We had the opportunity to talk to Dan Carnevale. Dan did not pressure us and answered every question we could think of and made us feel very comfortable. Needles to say, we drove off the lot with a car. Not only was Dan a great sales associate, we got to work with Tony in financing and felt comfortable at all times. The service that Car Time gave us was above and beyond what I ever expected and could of asked for. I will defiantly tell anyone that tells me they need a car to go to them! Walked it to this place looking for a safe vehicle with my wife. We were only "looking" so we walked in about 30 minutes to close. Tommy was our salesman and was very relaxed and helpful. We fell in love with a Jeep on the property and walked out with the keys in less than 40 minutes! The staff was absolutely AMAZING. The wireless key that came with the jeep did not work so they ordered us a new one and paid the programming cost! They even gave us more than our trade in value was worth. I recommend this place if you are looking for honest and reliable people to help you purchase your next vehicle.

I went to Cartime back in 2008 with horrible credit and almost no money down. all i knew was i needed a car for my job or they would let me go. I worked with a saleman named shane, i told him my situation and how every other dealership told me there was nothing they could do. He told me he would do all he could. We went inside and sat with their finance manager to see is there was any way they could help me. Surprisingly they said they could help and i drove off with a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser! I couldnt be more happy, they went above and beyond to help me out. I plan on buying from them again
