I will continue this revue as the experience progresses. First of all, dealt with Jay from the beginning he was enthusiastic and conveyed he would be there even after the car was sold to us, well pretty much the minute we signed paperwork he was off the radar..This was a cash sale and it took hours, crazy, there is a hidden 350.00 fee nobody bothers to tell you about until you go to write the check! not taxes or doc fees! So as soon has the first drive cycle was over check engine light on, So basically in my opinion they only reset the service light with no actually fixing before sold..second I take it to autozone they kindly do the test and run the code and let me know its misfiring, should just need a tuneup, no big deal right? WRONG! I take it to them let them know whats going on, So the keep the truck an entire day, even though I explained I work from my truck, I have appointments and have to remove ALL my tack to bring it in, So I get it back at the very end of the day, Next day I could tell it was still missing but waited for the check engine light to come on knowing that it would and they wouldnt do anything AGAIN until it did come on and sure enough it did, SOOOO call jay and he transfers me, not taking a follow through interest as he stated while trying to sell this truck, He transfers me to danny the man "in charge" I explain for the third time I work from my truck I have to carry my tack and have no alternate that works properly...So he says bring it in drop it off for the day and they will look....no offer at any point of alternate vehicle or car rental for me to proceed with work at this point I said NO I will take it to your mechanic and make sure they understand and get this fixed once and for all, So I get to the mechanic who is 15 minutes late opening shop two of us waiting for repairs and I explain that it needs atleast a tuneup and he explains to me he doesnt have permission to diagnose car only to put in parts they send over..WTF, I mean seriously what mickey mouse operation guesses what it need and will only send the bare minimum ......After threatening to go to BBB he said the mechanic can diagnose, And seriously I dont even know at this point if that will really happen! Note to people a car dealership cannot sell you a car that wont pass emissions So yes this is their responsibilty...so far highly disappointed in all aspects and recommend in my opinion you stay far away from this dealership. Now if something changes to change my view on this I will gladly pass it on...So the saga continues at 4pm I get to pick up truck and less than 1.5 miles the engine light is right back on..I asked the mechanic...So are the spark plugs good? oh yeah he stated very rudely...so into the dealership I turn...I have to take the truck to the same mechanic tomorrow for the day for the third time...no rental car, no option of loaner vehicle..no nothing filing a complaint now with better business bureau....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT EVEN STOP BY THIS DEALERSHIP......Well after the 5th time with the check engine light on and mechanic saying they needed the car for a week to fix, the owner finally gave me money back and took the truck back so I guess outside all the frustration I atleast was not stuck with a huge lemon

Ok, where do I start. There are good and bad things about this dealership...mostly bad though. The good: The staff were amazing. They were quick and attentive and answered my questions quickly. The bad: The vehicle they sold me was absolute crap. Two days after getting the vehicle the belts started screaming and one of the pulleys was shot. I called and the told me to bring it back in and theyd fix it. Which they did...or so they said. Three weeks after getting the truck (1 week post warranty) the exhaust manifold broke requiring $400 in labor out of my pocket. The mechanic said there was visible wear and breakage on the manifold that has been there for a while, judging by the corrosion on the manifold itself. The breaks were shot on the rear tires, to the point there was no pad remaining and the little metal indicator in the pad was removed so they wouldnt squeal. I brought the truck to an independent mechanic and to find out the pulley was not changed, but just oiled up to keep it quiet until the implied warranty expired. Not but 3 months later the water pump went out, fuel pump went out, and the truck is having a lot of electrical problems. At first I dedicated this to the age of the vehicle (2005) but later realized that this was a serviced problem at their car lot, and I am assuming like the mechanical work prior, it was done as cheaply as possible so they could roll the inventory to the public. Additionally, the wheel bearings in all 4 tires were shot and need to be repacked, but at close to $500 a wheel, this is not obtainable. A vast majority of all issues in this review would have been noticed by a mechanic if an inspection was actually done. The point of this review is to give you an honest opinion of the services and quality of vehicle I received. This lot sold me and my family a vehicle that was not a quality vehicle, it was not in good condition, and was not safe to be on the road. They sold the vehicle to make a quick dollar with no regard to the buyer or other persons on the road. Unless you are a very experienced mechanic who doesnt value the safety of family, and are looking for a project piece, Id advise going elsewhere. 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4, purchased in 04/2016 for $9,995.

I cant believe how bad my experience was. I been looking at different car lots for a while now and when I seen the reviews for this place I was so excited to check it out. the first time me and my boyfriend went and it didnt look so bad. we spoke to them and got a little more information and we left . we kept looking at their site and we were really interested in the Volvo they had up. it looked so nice in side and out, 2 weeks pass and we go back ready to buy. We got down and was about to look at cars, ALL the cars looked like they have been sitting forever. the tires on ALOT of their cars are cracking . the Volvo we were very interested in had rust starting to build up inside the rim part of the tires. the tires were cracking. the paint was super chipping. I thought to my self ,okay, maybe the inside looks like it did online, NO, the top of the roof was coming apart in the back just hanging. to top it off the guy we went to find to help us was RUDE . we asked to look at the car inside . he grabbed the keys unlocked the car and left? we could not open the hood of the car. he didnt offer to test drive he didnt even turn on the car . I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I was honestly so disappointed because the first fast visit wasnt so bad and the guy was great. I really wish I can remember the guys name that " HELPED US" and was horrible... I really thought I had a chance at this place....oh and my mechanic came with and he was so shocked on how bad the cars looked. they all look like they been sitting forever. Went to cactus auto and found a great car in the end, so thanks for that car world. I found a great car because of you guys lol hahaha
