Took my 2011 GMC Terrian here for an oil change, few days later started getting a check engine light. I got the code read then started doing my research on it. One of the problems is a oil filter not being on tight or not enough oil. So I take it back in and explain my problem service writer says the technician will take a look at it. Wait around for an hour then go ask whats up, says give him 5 mins to find. So I come back and he says that a sensor is bad and it would be $250 to change it. Told them no thanks and he then said it would be $100 for a diagnostic test. So I ask why would they do a diagnostic on something I told them I already knew and they did not ask me to check it. Told them that is not how you do business, and he said they would not charge me. So I leave and go to Orileys to buy the $40 sensor, and when I get home I pop the hood to install it, and the plastic battery cover is not in place, think maybe he missed it, then I work on taking off the air intake and notice the plastic that goes over the head is loose as well, I remove and notice the plastic clip is broke that holds the sensor and the sensor it self is not bolted to the engine and the bolt is not there. So I call up the service manager and he basically tells me that they didnt break or miss place anything and that their technicians do repairs all the time. But the entire time I sat in the waiting area service writers would continue to tell senior citizens that xyz needed to be replaced on their vehicles. So in the long run I guess its one of those shops. Shame I have gotten my other vehicle serviced with out a problem.

We got our Silverado truck serviced at Bravo due to an ugly whistling noise it was making. Granted it was fixed after the 4th time I took it in. My service agent was very helpful and it was obvious she cared about the issue because she kept asking the technicians to take their time in checking my truck when I went by the shop after the first time they werent able to find the noise (they told me to take the truck when it made the noise again). Once it was finally fixed after taking it the 4th time (which Im not entirely sure it was; only based off the paperwork) I went to pick up my truck about 3 weeks later and it was wrecked. Yes. THE SERVICE CENTER WRECKED MY TRUCK. NOT JUST A DING, THE ENTIRE left side of the bed was wrecked. Bravo took it in to thier shop after I refused to take my truck off of the lot. I never was in contact with any manager from Bravo. Not an apology. Nothing. I even had to wait for a loaner vehicle for a day (which I had to ask for). Im so disappointed with my experience. It is making me rethink buying another Chevy. To add to this... I went in to the agency and requested to talk with the GM... I got introduced to Felipe (no last name was given). Now after reading the response to some of the reviews.. Felipe is the Sales Manager. The more I look into this mess the more sticky it gets.

Had a service appointment made for my Camaro at 11 am was told they would call to let me know what all needed to be done to the vehicle and that they would have it for the day. I never received a call, I called myself multiple times during the day and never was told anything besides They would tell the guy to call me. Called and the end of the day and still was told the same thing. The next day I called at 9 am to let them know I needed my car back by 11 as I was leaving on a trip at that time still had not heard the status of my vehicle. I went at 11 am 24 hours since they had the car and told them I needed it and asked what the status was and what had been done. I was told that they hadnt done anything as they cant until they call and get approve. This is the dumbest dealership I have ever dealt with my suggestion to anyone is to go to anyone else but this dealership, they didnt offer any excuse besides they were tied up and hadnt gotten around to calling but when we walked it the guy was not busy so where was the call then. This is a piece of crap dealership.

First time my husband and I stoped by we were treated like we were bothering the sales person. A month later we were still searching for what we needed and we stopped by a "sales blowout" they were having at the mall. We stopped by, we told them how much we wanted to pay and they said they could work with it. First clue something wasnt right was they wouldnt tell u how much the cars were. We kept asking and he kept saying he would get back to us. (felt fishy, should have trusted my instinct) He would say he would call back but didnt and when it finally seemed the deal was ready we drove 1 1/2 hours and the car was 6000 over NADA price and the payments were way over what was agreed on. They wouldnt listen to us and I felt bated and switched. Still looking for car but will never go back to any of the BRAVOs ever again!

I had never been treated worse in a car dealership in my whole life. The salesman didnt even listen to me. When I said I didnt want financing, he treated me like trash, but when I said I wanted to pay in cash he gave me a huge smile and treated me as if we were friends. The cars have no prices on them, so basically they ask you how much are you willing to pay and hence they offer you a car. Of course, the car they offer you is way more expensive that it should. When I told the salesman I wanted to compare prices he gave me a terrible attitude once again, turned his back on me, and didnt even say goodbye. Stay away from this place and specially stay away from Giovanny, the salesman.

I currently have a 2012 Traverse which is still under full warranty at this point. I knew I was getting close to an oil change but had forgotten to check the oil life. Bravo Chevrolet sent me an email reminding me of my oil life remaining on my vehicle and suggested I bring it in. A check of the oil life confirmed I needed to make an appoinment. I brought in my vehicle and had the oil changed and tires rotated. Considering the volume of customers recieving maintance the day I took my vehicle in, the process was done in a timely matter. Employees in the waiting area assured I was taken care of while I waited, along with other patrons. The whole process was great. Thanks again.

Their way of dealing with people is incredibly rude. To run a diagnostic on any issues with the car is $100 (As of 4/4/16) and while they called back the next day the estimate that they gave me for the expected work was $2000 despite a local repair shop estimating (and costing) $300. The car was also returned with minor damage on the front end that didnt matter, because there was previous existing damage elsewhere on the car. On a separate issue, although fair warning to anyone else who somehow puts faith in them, I was approached by salemen attempting to sell me a car while I was getting out of my car in the Service Lot.
