Ive been a little shocked at Jack Key. Ive seen plenty of good reviews. Even the dealership has plenty of pictures with customers that are happy. They display hand written notes from the customers, explaining how happy the are with the dealership. With that in mind we decided to visit. So Im shocked that my experience has been soo terrible. I had to haggle on price and warranties, much more than I expected to. We purchased a car from them on Monday 06/23/14. The car was filthy inside and out. Naturally they assured us it would be detailed inside and out. They told us they would clean the car and it would be ready in 2 days. 2 DAYS?? to clean a car that should have been clean when we test drove it?? Fine. We arrived at the facility 2 days later and was told the car was still not cleaned would be done on . Additional phone calls are going unanswered and messages are not being returned. Our salesman initially gave us his phone number, however hes no longer answering any messages. After finally contacting the sales manager, through several conversations, he stated the car would be cleaned and delivered Thursday 06/26/14 by Noon. I called several times again, on Thursday, to confirm delivery. Still nothing. And no confirmation as to when we can expect it. We finally took delivery late Thursday evening. LATE.. So on day FOUR since our purchase, the car was barely delivered? This has been the worst dealership Ive ever been to. I dont know if Im still within my limits of canceling the deal, given the fact that its been soo long since we signed papers. If its possible to cancel this, we will. I would have assumed that someone whos high credit rating was an instant "auto-approval" would have been treated much better. I have no problems going down the street and buying an SUV there. Im not going to tell anybody where to shop for cars. With all the positive reviews, Im hoping this is just an isolated incident with us. However, the fact is that Im NEVER going to set foot here again. And I certainly wont recommend any of my friends go there.

Because theyre the only Nissan dealer ive had to take my car there several times. Just to keep my warranty. I will never take a vehicle to them again or ever buy from them just based on the incompetence of the mechanics and service staff. Just to do an oil change it seems they could never get it full it was always at least a quart low when I got back. As for caps bolts and general parts they never could be bothered to put them back. I also got a few wrenches and screwdrivers they decided to leave in my engine when returning the car to me!!!! I always had to check the engine before I pulled it out of the lot to make sure oil cap was back on and there were no tools laying around. Its been a while since Ive been there but according to some friends of mine it hasnt changed, one of my friends was about to drive off but happened to notice the car was leaking oil, the mechanic stripped the drain plug and denied it, it wasnt leaking when it arrived. Now today screwed up another friends transmission and dont want to take responsibility for it.... avoid that place like the plague unless you want your vehicle to come back in worse condition that it was. And if you do check your engine before you leave make sure that all your fluids are full and there are no extra tools laying around that could damage your engine and make sure they put any bolts and caps back in place as well as checking any new leaks that werent there when you brought it in. I know this is a long rant but I had to get it off my chest they pissed me off then and theyre pissing me off now they need to do the public a favor and shut down or they need a competitor, maybe theyll straighten up. And as for the good reviews on buying a new car, theyre always friendly and helpful until your check processes then theyre just looking for the next guy. Most people are friendly and helpful in making the initial sale. Its keeping the customer and showing them that you care even after the sale that counts.

Well first hand let me say the salesman Dave did what he could do to get me into the financing I needed but thats ALL the help I got from them. First they lowballed me for my trade in, then they sell me a car that has either been wrecked and provide me with a CarFax showing NO accidents. Im sorry but a vehicle with 16000 miles, (a Nissan Maxima) does NOT pull to the right NOR the left. So be careful on those CarFax reports, if accident was not reported to an insurance company, it WILL NOT come up on the carfax. Again the worries of buying a used car. But not only do I live in El Paso but they made me take my car back to them to try to fix. They did an alignment on it, DID NOTHING! Then main Manager Merrill called me and asked me to bring the car back to them. Well if they cant fix the problem the day of the purchase and again once more when I took them the car, I DOUBT THEY WILL FIX IT THE 3RD TIME!!! So please keep your business if your from EL Paso, in El Paso. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN NOR WILL I EVER REFER ANYONE TO PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM!!!! Also if you do have a nicer car that you have had for years and want TOP TOP dollar for trade, THIS IS THE LAST PLACE YOU WANT TO GO. Trust me I found out the hard way. Jack Key Nissan gave me $12,000 for my car and listed it the next following day for $17,100!!!!!! Also had to hear a salesman talk to another salesman about another customer in a derogatory manner, NOT NEEDED TO HEAR FROM ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL DEFINETELY TRY TO LET MR. KEY KNOW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH HIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to this dealership trying to test drive some cars. Soon as I get out of my car (rental car), the sales man (his card says Antony B. on it. I dont know if this is his name or not but its and old white guy) starts talking serious crap about my car. While telling him what cars I wanted to test drive he starts cursing at me. I told him I didnt want to drive on the street because I didnt like the area and the traffic was bad, he said ok. We get in the car and he tells me I need to take the car to the gas station to put gas in it. WHAT? So I take him out on the street and he says we dont need to go to the gas station just drive down and turn around and take it back to the car lot. The whole time in the car he is talking crap about every car he could think of while cursing at me. When we get back he has me drive him around the lot to get to his office and then back to the parking spot. I drove one other car and it was basically the same story. I told him I was just test driving cars that day and he was trying to make me buy a car before I left the lot. It was starting to get dark and I wanted to leave because I dont like driving at night, but he wouldnt let me leave because he was telling me stupid stories and trying to talk me into buying a car before I left. At that point I just got up and left. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE THE ABOVE. I suggest you go to Lithia Dodge of Las Cruces. I bought a brand new car and the staff are the nicest people!!
