Purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander from Ressler mid March. According to them, a "Toyota certified pre-owned". So far, I have been at my local dealer 4 times attempting to fix multiple problems and unfortunately, they are not solved yet!!! Issues: - Bluetooth connectivity: Terrible call quality and phone keeps disconnecting. I have a case with Toyota and even the case manager confirmed the call quality is horrible! Local dealer tried to adjust it but said I need to wait for a new software update (no idea of when). - Wind noise from moonroof: Terrible whistle noise coming from the moonroof (when the vehicle is parked!!!). Local dealer made adjustments and even replaced the entire moonroof seal, but issue still happening. While working with local dealer, found a gap between the windshield and the roof rack mount, then discovered that windshield is not the original one (now I wonder if the vehicle has been in a accident). - Tail light: Water inside both tail lights. Dealer replaced both. - Rear suspension: Squeak noise coming from it, but local dealer wasnt able to replicate. - Heated seats: Barely heats up! According to my local dealer, no issues. Couldnt re-test due to current weather. After I had to bring the vehicle to my local dealer, I was informed that rear suspension parts were replaced (defective), passenger front seat cushion felt apart and had to be replaced (defective), windshield is not a original part and while inspecting the windshield area, found other issues. Clearly, I was sold a vehicle with many PROBLEMS!!!!!!!! If Ressler was honest with me about the history of the vehicle, I would have spent more money and avoided all of the issues Im going through now! Before buying a vehicle there, be aware of this as they may sell you one of their "Toyota certified pre-owned" vehicle. Im confident you dont need one!!!!

Ive been going to Ressler Toyota for nearly 8 years for both service and sales. For the first seven years, I feel like I had a very pleasant experience. They provided my vehicles good work (and for a dealer) at a fair price. However, Im not sure what has happened here in the last year, but the quality of service has declined substantially, while the prices continue to rise. In the last three times Ive taken my vehicle in for service, either the work was not done properly (i.e. they didnt fix a leaking windshield until the third time I took my vehicle in for the issue, or they forgot to install the correct bushings on during strut installation), or I was quoted rediculous amounts of money for basic labor (Over $600 to have new front struts installed, Labor Only). Even recently, after I personally discovered the issue with the missing bushing on my strut, I took my vehicle in and pointed out the issue to them. They assured me that a new bushing would be ordered and would be guaranteed to be delivered two days later and that they would take care of the issue. Well, I showed up two days later and the bushing still had not even been ordered, and which they expected would take another 5 days to deliver. Thanks for the call and heads up Ressler.. All in all, i guess you could say that my faith in the competency of the service technicians at Ressler is at an all time low and Im hesitant to take my vehicles to them in the future. I just wish they would get their act together and get back to offering reliable service at a reasonable price. End of rant.

Im not one to write reviews but my experience today was horrible. Not only have I been a loyal Ressler Toyota cs. I had bought my last 2 vehicles there and stopped in to buy my 3rd today. I have even referred family to them purchasing a few vehicles. Today my Vehicle was cleaned out ready to buy. I was trading in a 14 sienna awd fully loaded and in great condition . Every ding, scratch I had fixed . I needed a windshield however I explained I would get that fixed as it just happened today. Before arriving I did my research in trade in value and was looking for a minimum of a 2-4K over what I owed. I already spoke to Toyota headquarters about purchasing my lease and was okay with that. Immediately after the test drive they were complaining on how the doors had a recall and they already had 6 in the back they could not sell since they had the same recall. Honestly I knew at this point they were going to try and really low ball me. I understand cars sitting make no money but that is Toyota problem not mine. Of course my salesman had no say because it was the finance guys decision on what they wanted to do. Adam came back and told me he would only give me what my lease left was. He had replacing tires which I removed my run flats 6k after purchasing and put different tires on so they were 9/32 more then good to put out on a used car purchase . I was told not only this time but last time I could not take my car starter as it does not move vehicles. That is bull I paid 150 total to be taken out as well as put back in with no problems. I bought a RAV at Ressler back in 2004 and when it came to getting a new car my husband and I went to see what they had. My husband called and got in touch with Alan S. out of the Belgrade office. Alan, was great to work with and since we didnt find what we were looking at in Belgrade at that location he met us at the Toyota location in Bozeman. After taking a couple cars on test drives we went home and did more research. We looked at other dealers around Montana, Minnesota and in Idaho but they didnt have what we were looking for and Ressler always had the better deal. Alan, kept in touch with my husband and would let him know if they were getting a vehicle in we may be interested in looking at. They really care about getting you in the right vehicle and will explain anything and everything about the newer vehicles. We are very happy with our new RAV. Emily, was great at explaining everything about the new vehicle gadgets. Micah, the Sales Manager was awesome at keeping in touch and letting us know about vehicles as well. We would recommend, Alan and Ressler to anyone looking for a vehicle. Everyone that we met at Ressler is very friendly and extremely helpful.

I bought a brand new Toyota Tacoma 2012 from them in March and since purchasing the vehicle have gotten two flat tires from the crummy tires they sold on it to me. That was bad enough but after the second one when I went in to see if they would try to do anything about it, I got shuffled around to about 3 different sales people and everyone pretty much wrote me off and sent me to the garage to fix the tire that I already knew could not be fixed! I had already been to a tire place but they did not bother to listen to me. I dont want to say its because Im a girl in a car shop but it sure felt like that! I also asked why there were 4 ply tires on my truck, and they pretty much said that yes those were inappropriate tires and I should look at some new ones....gee thanks for telling me that when I bought the vehicle! I am fed up with Toyota and if I didnt have to go back there to use my Toyota Care Package on my truck for its regularly scheduled maintenance then I wouldnt. I ended up buying new tires from Interwest Tires in Belgrade (who are wonderful by the way) and plan to not make any more purchases from Toyota. Now I know why I was a loyal Honda customer for years!!!
