Pros: Exchanged a defective dog collar without receipt Cons: I was sold a defective collar and the clip failed while trying to take my dog for a walk in a public park and the clip still wouldnt stay engaged after refastening multiple times. Thank God I didnt lose my dog. I dont expect a major butt kissing but a general apology and an offer to help find a durable replacement would have been nice. I was not being mean or difficult about the situation and the store was not busy. Kind of felt like I was treated like I was trying to get away with some scam (for wanting to exchange a $10 collar) because I didnt have the receipt with me (I came straight to the store from the park...and I wanted to exchange it, not return it). Please work on either your exchange policy, your customer service skills, and dont sell defective products.

They called me because my dog had an "accident" in her crate while waiting for her cut. As a long standing customer, I went directly to the store after the call and was greeted by the groomer only to be told that the service could not be completed as per policy due to my dogs issue. She proceeded to hand over my wet dog and a bill for $40! I walked out the front door with my dog and went home. I wont be back there.

Most of the groomers are great but they are desperately understaffed. Long waits are common both in the grooming salon and regular checkout. If you want a weekend appointment it costs a little more and you need to schedule about a week in advance

Was there buying dog food today. I shop there regularly. Was approached by a man trying to push his brand of dog food. He was very intrusive and in my personal space and I had my small child with me. Very bad experience.

The cleanliness of petsmart is good the staff is always very helpfull but i cant say they are the most knowledgeable when it comes to the products and care tips of what they sell

Our dog Sonic has been going there for the past 4 yrs. They do an excellent job with him. The staff are always professional and truly appear to enjoy all the animals !!

Entire staff is quite friendly and knowledgeable, however, there tends to be a long wait every time I get crickets or fish no matter what the time of day is.

Overall this store is nice. My only concere is that there isnt a decated area for pets to potty. If this issue is addressed, the store would be outstanding.
