The staff was friendly but when I got my dog in the car and was driving home I noticed her licking her foot and then noticed all the blood in my backseat. A lot of blood and took me a while to get it stopped . I believe it was her nail was cut back way too much but the nail still looks long so Im not sure. In fact I can still hear her nails on the floor so they didnt even cut much. However, I should have been told about it. They said my dog was cooperative so Im not sure how it happened. Also, her ears dont really even look clean to me. I dont usually use groomers because Im nervous about things Ive heard happening and this didnt make me feel better. I wont be using anyone again and especially not this place. My dog is already nervous about letting us do her nails and now shes really not ever going to trust us with it. I feel bad because I know it hurt her. Update: so I hear back from the owner and as you can see it was excuses about her nails and ears. I was told by the groomer that Koa was very cooperative so the excuses about the ears dont make sense. I clean them all the time at home myself so they werent even that dirty. Again, something I should have been told. I have also done her nails many times and I know accidents can happen but nothing was ever mentioned or written on her report card about it. Bad business period. Instead of making excuses I should have been offered some of my money back for things not done. Not a 50% next visit when you already know I wont be returning. Dont worry, reviews matter and I will make sure to spread the word around Henry county.

The last pet boarding we took our lab was the half price where she had a big kennel to move around. We had here here for 4 days since we just moved here and was staying in a hotel while looking for a home. Based on the reviews I thought it would be a great stay for our baby. Totally wrong! When I picked her up they told me that she had a accident in her bed...they returned me the 130$bed with a Stanly filling,I told the owner to put the filling in the garbage.... when she went to get my dog I seen that they was holding each dog in a small cage (really?4 days in there?) She was so aggressive. .I have never seen her like this... the owner charged 80 $ so I thought she gave me a discount for ruin the dog bed..but I was wrong...2 days later I get a letter saying the will charge my card an 100$ since she made a mistake. ..excuse me? How u just add something on my card without me signing? On the way home my dog thought up twice in the car...the diarrhea lasted for several days...the grooming was terrible as well I told here that she has a dry skin and need different shampoo well my dog was full of dandruff and she was smelly..usually after a grooming she smells up to a week... I I rather drive a few more miles than going back to this groomer

Excellent! Cheryl is great, my pup Rex loves her, he is always happy to go and still happy when I pick him up. I have boarded him here several times, over a weekend, and it has always gone well. I have also gotten grooming services, they do a great job. He is a shy dog, but thrives here, Cheryl can even grind his nails low, when two other places couldnt because he would get anxious, but not here.

Lets see, my dog doesnt have fleas normally because we keep him inside, its taken us 4 flea bathes and natural remedies to get this under control. My dog has Kennel cough along with dog bites on his stomach, but rest assured I was told it was from rough playing. We wont be bringing our dog back. Thats my review

Been going here for years. Was great but will never go back. New staff not great. Never answer the phone and dont return a message for a day. Place got too big too fast. Sad because we have been going there since it opened. Cant walk in anymore and very narrow times for nail trimming. Will find somewhere new.

Paws N Claws people are Outstanding. Sadie and Sarge always come out looking so wonderful, and smell so good. Chelle is the absolute best groomer....she grooms to perfection. The Owner is always friendly and always helpful with any questions. Wouldnt take my fur babies anywhere else.

Weve been using Paws and Claws for years and have always been impressed each time we pick up our dogs. They are happy, well cared for, and beautifully groomed! Weve had bad experiences at several local places but once we found Paws and Claws weve been happy customers.
