I went into Honda Yamaha Sports Center with a male friend who was looking at possibly purchasing a motorcycle. Ben was friendly, helpful, and provided tons of information with no pressure to buy. Little did Ben know, I had been shopping for over a year for a motorcycle for myself. I am 52 and struggle with finding a bike that doesnt require after-market changes in order for me to be able to touch the ground, yet a big enough bike to handle my need for speed and power. So as I began asking questions for myself, Ben was extremely helpful, and not only did he discuss the motorcycles they have, but others in the market that might accommodate my wants and needs! He truely wanted to make sure I was getting the right bike, as well equipment. I decided to buy a Honda CBR 500R, after years of riding Kawasakis and Yamahas - and this IS the perfect bike for me. Its smaller than the bikes I had owned in the past, but is the right fit for me now with the agenda I have as a rider. I had no pressures from Ben to buy, and infact, I dont even thought/knew I was a potential buyer until I said "ok, Ill take the Honda". He simply provided great customer service. And he did a great job with getting my financing set up the way I needed. Later in the day after riding off in my bike, I went back and made a return on a piece of gear I had purchased due to uncomfortable fit. Rick was awesome in helping me find a replacement and there were no hassles to jump thru on the exchange. I found Tony to be pleasant and helpful over the phone also when I had called in. These guys are great, from the time you walk in to the time you ride out. I will recommend this store highly to anyone who is looking for information as their staff is very experienced and knowledgeable and to anyone who needs assistance in service or sales.

Tuesday November 5, I was riding home from work about a mile from Loma Crossing on Highway 99N. My rear tire suddenly went flat and I was force to pull over and stop. I made some calls for help. One of the calls was to my dealership in Yuba City (Honda Yamaha Sports Center), where I purchased my Roadliner. While on the phone Nick (the new owner), advised not to call my towing service. He said that they would take another hour to get to me. Nick came all the way out to Loma Crossing to retrieve my bike with his personal vehicle and trailer. He gave me Good Old Fashion Service. This really gives me confidences in my decision of my motorcycle purchase and where to take my motorcycle when in need! I was stressing about the weekends ride, but Nick assured me he would have me back on the road by Friday. My tire was ordered, installed, balanced ready to go. It felt so good to see my bike again I took the long way to work. The next time anyone needs great customer service give the young men at Honda-Yamaha Power Center in Yuba City a call.
