We bought a Capital 30" range a couple of months ago from Cocoplum. We started to notice a faint smell of LP gas and called Cocoplum service. They told us they would not be able to get to us for 4 days. I then contacted Sloane, who cleared his schedule the next day, came down with his old tool bag (which he had not used for a few years!). He was able to locate the leak in the range and correct the problem, spending more than 2 1/2 hours, but got the job done! Now that is the kind of service that earns customer loyalty.

The #40 sales person who looks like data from star trek, wouldnt deliver the portable GE Washing machine 24 WSLP1100AWW serial #5DBW700506 for $499 plus tax total $523.95 I paid in full on 08/21/2003, pick up date was 08/27/2003, I didnt get it till after labor day! I threw a penny at the data guy I was so pissed, $50 delivery! I rented a truck from the airport! for $25 dollars. I will never use them again, typical Vermont yuppies!
