So I needed to obtain some information from the Human Relations person on-site, so I had to call ahead of course. On my first call, the phone was picked up and then hung up on me a good 20 seconds later. My second call, no one picked it up for a good minute. Finally an employee picks it up and before I could even say Hi, she said please hold and boom on hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes and counting and I started typing a review. I decided not to submit the review and carried on. I called again a couple hours later and some one picked up and this time I was able to speak. A different woman from last time says OK please hold. I am now past the 10 min hold mark AGAIN. You have to be kidding me. The worst customer service ever. Sears if you are reading this, you must audit this store and review how your workers actually are. I have also been in this store multiple times and I always see them in the corner by the computers on their cell phones. They are drawing on boxes, goofing off or they are fighting each other because of the commission pay that they get. Absolutely terrible!

Bought a new washer and dryer. Dryer failed after six months. Thanks to one simple mistake by a sales rep at Sears, we were without a dryer for over a month. The mistake was giving me Samsungs repair service number and not Sears. Trying to get Samsung to repair this dryer was simply ...impossible. The repair guy didnt show up first time. The second time, he was supposed to have all the parts needed. He didnt. They had to be ordered. Third time is the charm, right? Wrong. He didnt show and didnt call. I called the company contracted by Samsung and it turns out the repair guy never ordered the parts. So after hours spent, I finally gave up on Samsung and tried Sears. I called the Sears outlet and got the Sears service number. They gave me an appointment within a few days and sent me an email confirmation. Sears came on time and fixed the dryer the first time. I would give Sears 5 stars but the fact that they gave me Samsungs service number was a huge and costly mistake. So only 4 stars. I will definitely shop there again.

I bought a refrigerator and a used elliptical at this location. The refrigerator is great, but the elliptical was broken, which I only realized after I purchased it and it was in my home. The store gave me a full refund for the elliptical and picked up the machine free of charge. I decided to buy a brand new elliptical and am just happier with the new machine. I am skeptical about the skill set of the technicians who review and handle the machines at the outlet before they are put on the floor for resale.

If you have an open mind to brands and styles you might be able to find a really good deal. There was some severely cosmetically damaged appliances that were still selling for more than you would expect. There is also likelyhood that you will be missing components. I would not recommend buying sight unseeen from this location. If you search regularly, you can get great mismatched appliances. Dont expect to walk out with a complete set of matching perfect condition items.

We bought a combination wall oven from Sears Outlet at Newington CT and the shipping company caused considerable damage to the unit before it arrive at our house. The manager of the Sears Outlet was very reasonable in taking care of replacing the damaged unit. I would rate this as the best possible response and would recommend this store to all of my friends. I picked up the fridge got it home and noticed new damages that werent there when i purchased the fridge. Should have checked it for additional damages at the dock but figured these people are professional and know what they are doing. Front door of the fridge and the only reason i picked this fridge is because it didnt have any damage on the front.

A+++ service. This was my 1st time in a Sears Outlet and I wish I knew about this place a long time ago. The appliances here have some minor defects but the prices are unbelievable!! If your looking to save some money I highly recommend shopping here.

Great customer service!! On another note do not ever purchase a Samsung appliance. I have 3 and all have broken down numerous times and repairmen dread working on them. Apparently only good for electronics. Save yourself

be careful buying Kenmore Elite "stainless" appliances. they are not actually stainless and will rust. and when they do no one will help fix the problem. My $1200 dishwasher looks terrible a year after purchase.
