I found this photographer at the Bridal Expo in West Springfield, MA. We looked at many other photographers but something about this one stood out. They have lovely pictures and were very nice (or so I thought). The day before our wedding our photographer Ross from The Wedding Elites called us and told us he could not make our wedding but that he found someone else to cover it. I was worried but okay with this change as long as I had a photographer there to capture our special moments. He also told us that when she is through taking the pictures she will mail him the photos and he will edit and send them to us within a week after the wedding. The day of our wedding the new photographer showed up and began taking pictures. She was very nice and seemed to be a very good photographer. She is not part of any company she was a free lance photographer. After leaving the ceremony the groom and I were running a little late so we were an hour late. Since we were late we figured everyone would have gotten there and were all set and waiting for us. Come to find out that our photographer had not shown up yet. Since we were already so late we had no choice but to continue the night without her. She did not arrive at our reception until an hour after we did. Which would make her two hours late. I was livid but it was my wedding day I was not going to let this ruin my night. She missed our entrance, father daughter dance, mother son dance, mother daughter dance, and the cake cutting. This photographer knew exactly what time our reception started and where it was. The days following our wedding my mother, my husband, and myself called the original photographer that we hired to see what happened and what could be done for missing our special moments. He did not return any of our phone calls for weeks. It is almost a month since our wedding and we still have yet to receive any pictures from our wedding. It is just heartbreaking knowing that we can not get this day back and our special moments that we paid someone a lot of money to capture did not do what they were hired to do. I would NOT recommend this photographer to anyone. I am very upset that this is happening to us and I would not want this to happen to anyone else.

We couldnt be more pleased with The Wedding Elites and must comment on their service and the beautiful video we received of our wedding. We booked with Ross in February of 2014 and he was a pleasure to work with - he informed of us our options, laid out the details of what would happen day-of, post-production, etc and checked in in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding. The process was easy, the cost was very reasonable and we felt confident about the plan in place. On our wedding day we worked with Dave, and he was incredibly professional and a breeze to work with. I will admit was worried about the videographer being in the middle of it all or the camera making me feel uncomfortable or being in the way of our guests, but this was absolutely not the case with Dave and The Wedding Elites - I actually said to my husband as we walked down the aisle after our ceremony "is the videographer here" because I hadnt even noticed him in the church. Dave captured every possible component of our wedding from the small details of our venue decorations to the big moments of our day. He worked seamlessly with our photographers and our guests commented on how professional he was. 4 days after the wedding while on the beach in Punta Cana we received a message that our wedding video trailer was ready, and it was incredible - the 3 1/2 minute teaser told the story of our day and had all the main highlights of the wedding. 2 weeks later I received another message from Dave that our complete video was ready, and he offered to meet up with my husband to give it to us so we had the video before the Thanksgiving holiday. We are thrilled with the finished product and have watched the video multiple times with family and friends, each time finding something new that was caught on film from our wedding day. We are so thankful for Ross and Daves work, and would recommend The Wedding Elites over and over. THANK YOU!

Unfortunately I cannot write a review without clicking a star, that is the only reason they even get 1. HORRIBLE experience with this photographer. If you can see the review below mine from Janey Dansereau, our story is exactly like hers. We found out about this photog at the Bridal Expo in Springfield, MA. My wife had actually won a 50% off package in a raffle for them, the only reason we chose them. He called the day before our wedding and said he was going in for emergency surgery and could not make it, but would send a different photographer in his place. Never even mentioned the second photographer we were supposed to get. The photographer he sent had NO idea what he was doing, made us wait and drag out our ceremony because he kept "messing up". When we finally received our photos (at least 2-3 months after the wedding) they were HORRIBLE. We were lucky to have a few guests who brought cameras, and their pictures were better! If anyone is thinking of doing business with these guys, seriously reconsider, it is not worth your time, money, or ruining your big day.

The Wedding Elites is the worst option for video and photography. Biggest waste of $2800.00 I have ever spent. If you want to have great photos and experiences with a decent person and business please go somewhere else. Ross was unable to uphold the contract based on the times discussed in advance for the delivery of products. In addition to that he always had excuses as to why he was unable to provide us the products we paid for in advance. In addition to that he once called the products "stupid ass pictures" during a telephone conversation. Please save your self time and headaches by choosing another business. Check out Wedding Elites on the better business bureau website. Youll see that it received a rating of "F" and why. Oh...and just like the stories below Ross also told us a few days before our wedding that he would be unable to make because he was scheduled for a surgery (something to do with his back). Finally after almost 7 months we picked up our video and pics. Could careless how great or not they are. The experience alone ruined it for me.

We got married this past weekend and Ross was fantastic. Ross arrived exactly when we asked him to and instantly jumped into taking pictures of myself and the bridal party. He ended up being there for about 10 hours until the very end of our reception and was even going to come with us if we were going out afterwards to capture that as well. He kept showing me how some images came out throughout the night to make sure I was completely happy with them. My sister just got married in August and spent quite a bit more than we did and commented how dedicated Ross was to getting the images perfect. For example we shot some pictures at Lighthouse Point and it was freezing out but Ross made sure even when I wanted to go to keep me going to get those perfect moments captured. Overall, he ended up taking over 2500 shots! Amazing we cant wait to see how they come out : ) Thank you so much Ross!
