I have never been so frustrated before with a simple service call. On 02/02/2017 I called and made an appointment I was given a service time between 1 and 5. I came back from work at 12:30 to make sure I was there for the appointment. Around 3 oclock I called to confirm that someone was coming. I was told the person would call me before he came. Around 4:15 no one had come so I called again. I was told that someone from the office would call me back to give me an ETA. No one called. I called again at 5 and the office was closed. I was home for the rest of the night and was angry that no one came and that I had wasted my entire day. On 02/03/2017 I called again and spoke to Meleanie on the phone. I explained what happend and she said her driver had come and no one was home. That was a lie so I asked if she could reschedule me again for the same day. She just said no. I then asked her what time the driver came. She said she "I dont know". I asked her why no one from her office called me. She said "I dont know". I asked her why her driver never called me. She said "I dont know". I then asked her whom from her office I spoke to and she got very upset and started yelling at me. Saying that she could rescheule me etc. I said I wanted the names of the manager and she said she was the manager and the owners live out of town. I told her it was crazy that she had no info for me, and that she was going to rescheule me for the next day. She then said she was going to send someone today (very rudely). I asked her for an email confirmation ... she said she cant give me one. I then said I was going to leave a bad review and she said then she wasnt going to help me and send someone. I also ran back the camera system of my house and no one came ... she was lieing. I was home all day and I have a dog who barks at every car. I even left the front door open .. no one came. CRAZY PEOPLE! BEWARE. IF THE OWNERS READ THIS. TALK TO YOUR MANAGER. SHE IS LOSING YOU BUSINESS AND IS LIEING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I had called All American for service on a washer, a dryer and a refrigerator. The men arrived on time, they were polite, personable, and very pleasant to deal with. They quickly checked out the issues I was concerned with, and even gave me a recommendation of make and model to replace the washer. By the way, All American does NOT sell appliances, so they had no gain on the recommendation. They also (without asking) began to defrost the freezer of my frig, indicating that was the only issue. In other words, they didnt try to sell me un-needed repairs. This was a big help to me because the refrigerator was very clogged with ice. They dealt with all that so that I didnt have to mop my basement floor all night. They even stopped by the next day to check on the defrosting process so they could lubricate the freezer drawers runner, at no charge. I couldnt be happier. I will always call ALL AMERICAN APPLIANCE!

They are very rude. Was to show between 3-5 at 4:45 I called they told me "he always showes up" they did not offer to call the tech. The tech called me at 6:15 said he could be there in 15min he got there at 6:45 I told the tech to call me, because this is my tenants space. I wanted him to explain to me what was wrong. He never called me. The next day he called for payment. I received another call from the office to call them right away with payment. They were unprofessional and rude. Im sure you can find a better company to deal with.

After a service call on November 11 to repair our Wolf range we were told that a part needed to be ordered. We checked 2 weeks later and were told it hadnt yet arrived and they would call when it came in. With Christmas approaching and the need to have our range repaired we called 3 times yesterday and were promised return calls each time. So far that has t happened so I guess well need to rely on the microwave!! What. What a disgraceful way to do business. Merry Christmas indeed!

Called this morning, quoted me time between 12 and 4 this afternoon. Kevin arrived at noon, diagnosed the problem quickly and offered the possible solutions and is following up himself with pricing for the possible solutions for my 15 year old oven. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. If Kevin is an example of their workmanship this is a great company from what Ive seen so far. I would definitely call them again if needed.

All American gave me a 4 hour window for a repair. I left work early and have been home all afternoon on a beautiful day waiting for them. 35 minutes before the end of the 4 hour window, I just got a call that the technician wont be here for at least another 45 minutes. All American was totally disrespectful of my time and I will never use them again.

I would have given this shady company one star, but being that they do such horrible and unprofessional work, I pick up a TON of jobs from their customers that are not happy, so they can have two stars as a commission.

The tech never showed up after waiting for them half a day...and then they blamed US!!! Poor way to run a business...zero customer service, called another service in Norwalk, they came out same day.

Have a dishwasher, it took them about 2 months to order and install a part, and the dishwasher has continued to not work. This is not ideal.
