I have been doing business with Associated Appliance for 9 years now. Sometimes to upgrade, which is always a treat. We were not only treated as long time friends, the first time in the door, but always got the best deal. But where Associated shows its heart is in an emergency. Whether it was making sure my mother in law had a working oven for Sunday dinner or when my washer broke down as I was trying to prepare my husband and son for a week long camping trip the following day. They have always gone out of their way, This is a family run busisness and you can feel it. From the owner to his kids or the ones that work for him that he treats like his kids. They all have the same goal; your satisfaction. I would never recommend or use anyone else.

Someone recommended this store to me and now I know why. John was great to work with and he beat every other stores price before he even told me about the rebates. I went in there for a beverage fridge and double wall oven and after seeing his prices I ended up replacing all my appliance. I was able to get into top-of-the-line Electrolux for the price of base model HD or PC Richards!! I think with Assoc. App. being a smaller store he has access to rebates that larger stores do not. Because of that I got a free Electrolux dishwasher and a rebate check that put me on vacation right now. Thanks John, everything works amazing!!

My 89 year old mother bought a NEW refrigerator from Associated recently and the built in indoor water dispenser didnt work from day one. A repair person, from the store, came out and confirmed that it didnt work. He claimed he would order parts to repair it and replace one of the doors as it was damaged as well. We have heard nothing from the store and nothing from their repair people. When trying to get satisfaction by calling the store my mother is told "theyll Call you back", they never do. That apparently is their way of dismissing their elderly customers or maybe everyone of their customers by NO SERVICE. .

John was very knowledgeable, the prices were in line with all of their competition and the delivery was very professional. We need a new washing machine now and will not even shop anywhere else before or after. Associated Appliance, you have achieved the greatest accomplishment a business can achieve, TRUST!
