Every single time I come my mother and I always have a problem with the man in the ponytail wearing glasses. We have been coming to this location for years but today might be our last. Never in my life had I witnessed racism until today, a Hispanic couple was waiting in line to pay then I seen him ask a non Hispanic to skip the couple they knew little English to even defend themselves another coworker tried to tell the man the Hispanic couple was ahead of the non Hispanic he didnt care l also one time I had a pair of shorts with NO tag he told me "I cant sell you these you know that" but today someone non Hispanic did the same thing and he went out his way to find a price for clothing that didnt have a tag.

I normally go to the Salvation Army on Nebraska Avenue, but someone recommended I check this one out. The store is much smaller than the Salvation Army on Nebraska Avenue, and the selection is much more limited. I notice that at my normal Salvation Army, items are continuously being brought out while youre shopping. I didnt notice that happening at this location.

If youre coming to donate here, beware that though the internet AND the sign on the gate says they accept donations until 7p, they do not actually do so. Guy at the store shrugged and said 6:30p was the cut-off time (again, despite pointing out the sign), would not open the donations truck, and turned us away with a whole car of donations. In the rain. At 6:45p.

The best shopping experience thanks to 2 outstanding reps, Rocky and Kevin. They went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Loaded my furniture into my uhaul even when it was minutes away from closing, and still thanked me for shopping with them. Great people - and better prices than the Nebraska avenue location. Highly recommend them.

Staff is great and store always has nice stuff but the pricing is way off, paying high retail for used items is comical, but people do it, the place is always busy! Come down to Earth with your pricing gun, especially on home decor and give back to the community of people who not only buy, but donate as well.

a lifetime thrifter - this place has some good finds but is so overstuffed its hard for even a seasoned treasure hunter to dig through. And its outrageously pricey with rude managers who are unwilling to negotiate. dirty bathrooms & ALWAYS vagrants by door asking for money

This is not a Salvation Army store they sell the same price that you can afford and if you need to new on the store this is a lie. No discount here know the prices do not come do not show up

They would sell a lot more things if their prices werent so high! Its used stuff Salvation Army employees! It may be going to a great cause but NOT if people cant afford to buy it.

Love this thrift store. Some of the items are very nice and the prices are great, especially on Wednesdays when everything is half off. I just wish the place was bigger.
