Normally this store is nice but on occasion I get very poor customer service. The last time I went in there I went to return a pair of heels that fit horribly. The lady that helped me accused me of wearing the shoes out and said, "yall wore these good huh?" Then muttered under her breath, "we cant sell these". She was just all around rude and made me feel very uncomfortable and now my family and I wont be returning.
