The ONLY reason I dont shop here more often is that I always find too much to buy. Sure, the store is in complete chaos, but you cant beat the prices for new clothing. Their selection is huge! Almost overwhelmingly so. I definitely appreciate finding Petite sizes here. Plus the departments & sections are well-labeled, as are the individual hangers, so browsing is easy. Surprisingly, with all the mayhem of customers here, I dont usually notice too many articles misplaced. The fitting room is gigantic! Tiny stalls, but LOTS of them. However, theres usually only one attendant, counting items, so typically theres a bit of a wait. Also, the checkout area can be tedious. But, the line moves quickly. Dont forget Ross carries items for your home at great prices, too. Other locations may be larger & less cluttered, but this one packs a lot into the space, and its not far from my house.

The black / African Manager are very rude and very impolite , she like to argue with costumer for no reason , she believe that she is always right she also act like she own The store . Please get rid of her , so that I can go back shopping there like I used too

They should call this the clutter Ross everything is on the floor. However they have a tone of stuff youll probably find what you want if you keep looking. Good luck finding it in all that mess. The wate times are aweful they are seriously understaffed. Good luck on your treasure hunt.

A dump! No cashier on hand for long lines, cashier called for.help only two.were open..ass iciate came up joked and left! You need secret shopper with ability to surveil...there are hard working people who need jobs. Hire them and get rid of the losers...

This is an ok Ross, selection is decent and good prices but the store can be a little disorganized and the employees arent very helpful. Theres another one up the street in Oldsmar that I prefer more. Cleaner store and nicer employees.

I was there tonight around 9:30 and the store is dirty and the kids were playing with the toys on the floor and stepping all over them ,so there is no purchasing those item and not enough employees.
