A husband and wife go to Ray Seraphin Ford to purchase a new vehicle on a saturday. They tell the dealership if numbers work out they will purchase that day, dealer agrees that they can drive home in said vehicle same day. After negotiation, they were very close to purchase, but said dealership is having issues finalizing numbers and couldnt deliver new vehicle the same day either. Dealer received large down-payment which was given, and said to come back on monday. The paperwork given to the couple was wrong with Vin and year were different. After looking up Vin given, couple found this was for a newer vehicle aylt a different dealer for much less than vehicle being sold. So with the paperwork discrepancy and cheaper price, couple goes to another dealership to purchase a better model for far less then what said dealer offered. Now ray seraphin is holding the down-payment hostage, refuses to refund even though no paperwork was signed and requested to cancel deal before they opened on Monday. So now the dealership is REFUSING to refund the deposit until all the negative reviews are removed!! Unbelievable! **UPDATE** Dealer did finally refund the money and offered an apology.

Bought a used 2008 Dodge Avenger RT. BIGGEST PCS OF JUNK EVER,MORE PROBLEMS THAN EVER..The techs (?????????) so they call them selfs).Car HAD SERIOUS FRONT END DAMAGE,(BODY.They Tried to cover it up,But forgot to take tape off after spraying other new parts on car.).Paint.. The Front end was also damaged bad as well.car would NOT GO DOWN ROAD STRAIGHT,SERIOUSLY PULLING TO RIGHT.mechanics swore there was Nothing wrong with vehicle,person went for a ride,Denied vehicle had front end problems.(as usual,person COULD NOT LOOK ME STRAIGHT IN THE FACE AND TELL ME THERE WAS NO PROBLEMS,he Had to look at floor as he walked by me in office.)bought extended warrante for vehicle .Had a VW Dealership tell me that this vehicle HAS SEVERE FRONT END PROBLEMS,Front end Fenders,ETC Were Replaced,Repainted.Pretty SAD they have to LIE...financial person told me my Refund was in the mail,would call me with a copy of paper work.NEVER CALLED ME,I CONFRONTED him,could Not answer my question.he told me my refund check would be in last Friday,or latest Today (this Friday).AS USUAL NO REFUND Only been at least 2 MONTHS PLUS...GOOD dealership to STAY AWAY FROM,UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED ROYAL.

My Dad went here for a used car. Boy did they use him. He asked for the clunking noise to be fixed in the rear and the man said he would take care of it before he picked it up. Well when he went to pick it up the man said "I didnt hear any clunking noise, its just fine, come back if there is any problems". As soon as my Dad handed over the check the man did a "high five" to another man and knew they screwed him big time. He called them a few times about several other problems and was told to drive the kinks out. Yeah sure, drive the kinks out of a used car with 100k miles on it. They did nothing except wash and vaccuum the car to make it look nice. They didnt even change the oil. There are 10+ things wrong with it and they will not cover it. What a rip off! Dont waste your time with these CLOWNS!!!

The guy who works in the Quick Lane on weekends is very unprofessional. He mentioned to several customers that their cars are ready and they werent, and they were looking for their cars outside! He also has a bad attitude where another customer asked him for coffee (free) and he ignored it. The maintenance guys were also unprofessional: one lady was told that she needs an oil change and then she told him that this was the purpose of her visit!! They told another guy that his car needed many repairs but did not show him what is wrong! I do not trust this place, period.

I have been a purchaser and service recipient at RSF since 2009 Love the vehicle and the service is outstanding consistantly ~~~~~~~~ The people treat me as a "valued" customer, call me by name and the work is done in a timely and satisfactory way~~~~always. The coffee is pretty good too ! I feel comfortable and confident in any work done to my vehicle. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a 20 ! Went to figure out what parts I needed for my car and make a service appointment. When I went to the parts counter both guys acted as if I was stupid for not knowing what part I needed....thats why I went to a FORD dealership for my FORD Focus. Then when I was feeling weary about it all I called and tried to talk to the service manager, first time on hold for 30 minutes, next time I left my name and number and heard nothing. Would not recommend even to someone I didnt like, terrible customer service, extremely dissatisfied.

I have been purchasing cars at this dealership for the past twenty years. I always come back because of their great service. The salesman are all friendly no pressure and listen to what I want not tell me what I need. I have told many friends and family about this dealership and everyone who has gone their has thanked me for the referral. I do not know anyone who has not be extremely pleased with their experience at Ray Seraphin Ford.

There were some rough closings on my Ford Escape (used) a month ago. As driving it home I see the vehicle is on empty. As I try to fill it the gas pump keeps clicking off but I do get it filled to half the tank. I thought it was the pump malfunctioning BUT each time I fill it up it still happens. It takes forever to fill. Got to get it looked at ELSEWHERE !! Ford does not cover anything once you drive a used vehicle off the lot !!

I recently purchased a new F150 from Ray Seraphin Ford. Everyone at the dealership especially Alan and Ed, were courteous, friendly professional, and fair. They were not pushy, but took the time to explain all my options. At the end of the day, I am confident that I got a great deal on my new truck. I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a car or truck. They have earned a customer for life.

I have gone to Ray Seraphin Ford for maintenance on my vehicles since 1981. The service department is amazing - honest, capable, pleasant, and very efficient. I would not take a vehicle anywhere else. They are reasonable in price and never do anything that is not needed. I have also purchased all my vehicles from them since I moved to Connecticut in 1981. All of their staff is great.

I have never felt so welcomed and not pressured by a salesperson before. Everyone was so welcome. I got the exact car I could have ever wanted, and more. The sales person (Tom) not only saved me money but spent over an hour with me explaining the many features of my brand new car. Coming from a 99 Saturn to a 17 Ford Edge, was a huge step and I left feeling confident and important.

So I recently got a used car from there. Had it less then a week now and the passenger side headlight has a short, manifold is messed up, a/c stopped working and have now popped a check engine light. This was my second car from them and I will never buy another. I figured I was getting a good deal. Now I see I was getting taking. What a great way to represent the ford name.
