This is my second time buying from Troianos. 10 years ago when I bought a used Jeep Liberty from them, I was impressed by the pride and confidence each employee carried, the friendliness of everyone (even those just passing by). But most importantly, the way they made me feel, like an old friend who had come to visit. Never having thought I would like an SUV I was pleasantly surprised that the Liberty was a perfect fit for me! Now that the vehicle was 12 years old it was time to buy a new car. I was not disappointed. Bill Baker, greeted me at the door and I found myself once again in an atmosphere of pride and confidence of knowing what they have to offer... The best dear out there! Bill was patient in hearing what I wanted and was able to take me right to the car that would best replace my Liberty... a 2015 Jeep Compass. I was amazed that Bill & Frank Portonova were able to put this car into a price package I could actually afford. I was driving out only a few hours later with the very first brand new, never driven, only 2 miles on the odometer car, I have ever owned! Bill and Frank both were friendly, knowledgeable and knew exactly the right direction to steer me in! Even when it was time to sign the papers, I found that sitting down with Rick Burdick was also a pleasant experience. I never felt pushed or obligated to purchase any other package than the one I walked into his office with! He was friendly, considerate, and personable through out the whole time. As the age old saying goes, "when something works dont fix it!" Troianos works! Yes, I will be back!

Excellent customer service I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Phil; who readily answered my questions and showed me the vehicle I was interested in; and he arranged a test drive. I advised Phil I had not reached a decision, and would contact him or he could call me in a week to follow-up. Phil followed up as he said he would, and in his low key manner, made me feel comfortable with the dealership. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, Phil was not working and I worked with Frank to finalize the sales price, trade-in value of my then current vehicle and financing options. Frank gets it done. We agreed upon a delivery date, etc., and when the time came, he and Phil were there and made sure everything went smoothly. Im aware that many people find purchasing a vehicle difficult or intimidating. If youre one of them, I highly recommend you visit Phil and Frank to purchase your next car. They, along with the other employees I have dealt with since the purchase, including the service department (oil change), will make you feel comfortable with your decision.

I recently purchased a used truck here and couldnt be happier with the way things went. This was my first car buying experience so I was a little nervous about how things would go. You always hear horror stories about how car salesmen try to take advantage of you and make it there goal to get as much money out of you as possible...not the case here. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and friendly, no pressure to buy anything at all. I dealt with Bill Baker and he was awesome. Every question and request I had was dealt with promptly and without any issues. He worked with me on the price and even let me take the truck to my mechanic the day I did the test drive so he could check it out. The only downside was they couldnt match the interest rate I found elsewhere but thats between me and the banks they work with not the dealership itself. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Worst experience dealing with a service warranty. I have brought my car in 8 times to service the same problem, rather than diagnose the issue properly, which is readily accessible in many online blogs, the service people have continually misdiagnosed the problem and charged for their sheer incompetence. Additionally its impossible to speak with the service manager Rudy as he does not return calls. When a call is returned you can expect to talk with their bulldog Melissa possibly the most impolite and ignorant person Ive ever spoken to. We have been very disappointed with the Chrysler products and their ability to stand behind their warranties and extended warranties. Never had this problem with any of my GM purchases seems to be a battle to get anything fixed and an even bigger battle to get anything fixed properly. Best look for a different dealership and possibly brand

Yesterday I purchased a new 2015 Dodge Journey from Phil at Troiano. He was very patient with all of my questions, as well as my insistence to walk around the lot when it was only 15 degrees out. After I made a decision, Phil worked with Frank to get me the best price possible. There was no pressure to buy the car at the price they came up with but rather let me make the decision on if I could afford it. Once I was in the office with Rich signing the papers, he was also very patient in explaining what each form was and did not push me to sign but let me read. Everyone we worked with was very patient, professional and kind. There was no pressure and they worked hard to make sure we had all the information we needed to make the right decision. I love my car and I wont go to any other dealer for future purchases!

First off I would like to say that this is not the entire dealership. This concerns the entire service department though. My insurance recommend their services for my cars very minor body work. After 2 weeks I received my car back. Everything was fine then I noticed my entire passenger headlight was out and full of moisture. They also did not replace a broken part that was the main reason I even went to them. The entire electrical system is now very messy and only partially working. I will absolutely never even think about recommending this place for anything. Go buy a Jeep somewhere else. I will be telling my insurance to remove them from their list of repair shops. They do absolutely shotty work and just expect you to not care. Please do not give this place your business.

This was my first buying experience with Troiano, after being referred by several family members. Every member of the staff I dealt with was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I mostly dealt with the GM Ash Bashir and Phil Mathews of the sales team. They both did an exemplary job of going out of their way to find me a 2014 Jeep SRT with the options and price point I wanted, and I couldnt be happier. Great guys to work with, and Ill definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Went there a month or ago or so will never go back. I was walking around looking at cars for about 20mins before I went inside to find a sales man. He claimed they where short staff and sorry for not going out to talk to me. I saw them drinking coffee looking out the window at me. Next I felt like I was not taken seriously because im young 23. They are rude and did not take me a serious customer will never give them business. Also jokes on them I was gunna pay cash.
