Bought a lemon car... most of their inventory has high mileage and thats when you start having problems with your car. It doesnt even have a selection where you pick how high or low ball of a range on their website where youd like your milage to be around, if they did there would be a high range in the 100,000 area. When I purchased my car right after leaving what they "apparently" fixed, the problem popped right back up. Many of the luxieries that it said to have didnt even work.

I purchased 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The owner Frank was very helpful. He was very accommodating with helping me secure a good loan even though I didnt have established credit. Was able to complete the purchase in a matter of days and is still very helpful with assisting in vehicle maintenance after purchase. Overall I had a very great experience at Auto Care LLC in Vernon, CT. If youre looking to purchase a vehicle I would definitely consider stopping in and seeing Frank!

I dealt with the salesman named Ed who went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we wanted. He picked me up and dropped me off at my house and even handled all of my insurance phone calls. DO NOT buy from these people. They will sell you a lemon and hope you wont notice until after you buy the vehicle, and then they will tell you, too bad its "as is" and then you have to pay a ton of money to fix the vehicle AFTER you already spent a bunch of money to purchase it. BIG mistake

It was a good experience. As a first time car buyer it was a simple process. The car needed few MINOR adjustments but auto care was able to help me step by step and I can honestly say that Im satisfied with my car. I would recommend auto care to anyone of my peers.

They made the whole buying process easy and had all my paper work done very quick. I bought a 2005 Nissan Altima, fully loaded and in great condition. The salesman Frank was very friendly, ask them for their warranty options. If you get down there ask for Frank.
