I recently went down to this auto place because i saw some good listings in the Auto Buyer Mag. When i got there however the owner denied any of the postings and told me prices that we jacked by at least $1000 more than they were posted. I did however find a nice jetta on the lot that i fell in love with, so i put a down payment to hold the car, they checked my finances and said i was approved, they just needed to fix one thing on the car and it was mine, only a day or two......i called every single day and NOONE seemed to know what i was talking about. About two weeks of chasing them around, i finally asked them to give up the car or i want my refund IMMEDIATELY, they then decided to tell me they didnt have a title for the car, matter of fact the guy said i dont have titles for almost all my cars!!!!!!!!! Then i found out these people are pros at scamming many people out of money, telling them that they will get them a car, gladly take their down-payment then never come through.

I might be getting a car from them but after seeing these reviews Im very afraid I seen the perfect car but I dont wanna be stuck in a lemon Ill go back for a test drive and see how it works out Im just hoping theyve gotten better with their quality of service of the vehicles and hope they would think what if this was my favorite family member but Im expecting the worst hoping for the best fingers crossed all works out just in time for the holidays but if I do make the purchase I will definitely be back to write another review on how things went and how I feel about the car and then Ill make another review in about 45 days after That as an update on how the vehicle is holding up especially cause its winter and the snow is about to hit the ground but hope all goes well

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN NOR REFER ANYONE. I bought a truck, in Feb with no heat or A.C for the summer. They stood with my car for 2 days and fixed NOTHING. I kept getting the run around about when they were going to fix the problem and kept getting excuses. My truck never got fixed. The heat,the muffler, the passenger side door, the air bag popped open as I was driving for NO apperent reason 3 Seat belts do not work. I had to pay out of pocket to get it done. I told my sister about their deals. She bought a van from them, that over heated with he children in the car, the same day she picked it up. her A/C is not working either. They are nothing but sweet talkers, will flirt with any girl to get you to buy something.

I DONT KNOW HOW PEOPLE SAY THEYRE GOOD..LOL THEYRE THE WORSE TO GET UR CAR REPAIR. I HAD MY CAR REPAIR THERE ABOUT A WEEK AGO. MY CAR STOOD THERE FOR 3 WKS. MIND YOU AFTER THE REPLACE THE CLOUTCH IT DINT IT WORK. THEY CHARGE DOUBLE. MIND YOU MY CAR IS DIRTY AND GREASES ALL OVER THE PLACE. THEY LEFT A DENT IN MY DRIVER DOOR. ON TOP OFF THAT MY CAR IS DOING THE SAME THING LIKE NEVER GOT FIX..LOL MIND U THEY LEFT THE TRANSMITION LOOSES. IMAGING THAT. SCREW MISSING FROM TRASMITION. MY CHECK BOOK IS MISSING. THEYRE THE WORSE BUT THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY GOT IN TO. HONEST OPINION FOLKS DONT GO THERE.

I have gotten nothing but the utmost respect and Honor from Rodney and Dante. They fixed my clutch in the Maxima I bought from them for about half of the price of everywhere else. Believing me, I called around. As soon as I have the funds Ill be looking into another vehicle from them. They take care of their customers. As a matter of fact, he replaced both of my front tires, when he only needed to replace one. He gave me $30 for gas and also gave me a free car wash voucher as well. Ill see you guys soon :-)

i had bought a car 2 years ago from them and they completely screwed me. Not only did i have to repair everything under the hood they gave me two different paper works where the Vin numbers didnt match up. I had to replace the starter clutch swift bar Timing belt went and bent a rod in my engine so now it ticks. this was a 12,000 dollar car im talking about. Not to mention the "extended" warranty didnt cover any of it in my area. I highly suggest not buying a car from them. REALLY take my word for it.

These dealership suks really bad. all their cars are in poor condition. the let the outside of the car fool you it inside what matters. I try buying a Subaru impreza wrx it looks nice but let me tell you wen test droved it. i though it was going to fall apart. ask if willing to fix they gave the no and that it was sbeen sold as is. A 8,000 dollar car n they cant fix it. and they also were flirting with because im a female trying to get me to buy. i took my money elsewere. Please Avoid this people.

I had a repo about 2 months ago. I went down to this dealer after seeing a vehicle in the auto buyer magazine. They were courtesy and very knowledge able. They made it easy for me to get in the car I was looking at. They serviced the vehicle up for me and I took delivery in 2 days. The loan has been helping me rebuild my credit and the car has been great. I recommend these guys to anyone I know looking for a car. Good service!!

Bought a vehicle here and unfortunately it didnt work out like it should of and I had to rescind the sale however, the staff and management did work with me to get me my money back and sort everything out. I wouldnt go out of my way to recommend this place to anyone BUT compared to the other dealerships on state st they do have a decent inventory and are motivated to do what it takes to get you on the road..
