This experience at Atchley was unlike any my husband and I have ever had. Nick was genuinely friendly and respectful of what we wanted. We have purchased many cars from the Performance Auto Group and usually left feeling stressed out and taken advantage of. So when it came to trading in a vehicle and wanting to get into a new Escape we were referred to Atchley. Nick was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were considering and could converse with my husband about the advances in the mustangs as well. Nick was beyond great to us. We felt like we had his complete attention throughout the entire process. We truly felt like we spent the afternoon with a friend the way we could converse and the respect we were given. Nick was very honest and positive about working on getting us to where we needed to be. He never dragged his feet or made us feel like we were burdening him with our expectations. This guy literally ran between the office we were in and the sales manager or the finance department. Nick was awesome in the wealth of knowledge he had about the technology in the vehicle and all the safety features. One of the first things he explained to us upon starting this process was that he was just not only interested in getting us into the vehicle we wanted to be in for the next few years but that he wanted to make a lifelong customer and would always be around to answer any questions or concerns we have along the way. I deeply appreciate the experience we had at Atchley. When my lease is up I will be going back to Atchley and working with Nick on getting my family into the next vehicle. After this experience I have a new outlook on what a salesman is and how they should treat you. Thanks a lot Nick! I will defiantly recommend Atchley and Nick to anyone buying or leasing a new or used vehicle!!!

Went here looking to buy a used car I had seen on their website and was taken care of by Carey Sigler. The car looked great online, but once we got there we found it has a severely cracked front bumper, several deep nicks and scratches that were painted over, a rim has road rash, the interior was torn in quite a few spots, there was no spare, and so on. The engine compartment even had some smoke coming from somewhere. It was clear that the car wasnt worth what they were asking, but Carey wouldnt budge a cent, he just kept saying "Im in for more than what were selling it." Which weve all heard hundreds of times and if thats actually true, you might want to consider a different career or get off the thing before it depreciates even further. We didnt even get around to giving an offer because "there is just no way to go any lower". The car has been there over 5 months and I highly doubt itll sell anytime soon like that. It also annoyed me that he knew absolutely nothing about the car, he had to google info on it over his phone and I actually knew more about the car since I had done my research well ahead of time. When we first arrived and I mentioned what I wanted to look at, he actually seemed like he had no clue they even had that car on the lot and had to ask around for where the keys were. I felt like I was the one selling the car, not him. He pretty much just stood silent until I asked about price, then he said his famous line. Im sure the dealership is a great place because it has tons of good reviews, but be careful of who you get and what youre looking at. It sucks to think that we maybe could have come to a deal if someone else that wanted to make a sale and work with us would have been one step ahead of him when we walked onto the lot.

First of all I will wanna be fair here so I will give honor where it is due. The sales and finance department are very honest and hard working people. If they have these kinds of people at their service department, they will go a long way. I got my car here after a friend got hers and i was really excited. One day i was driving and my tire just burst in the middle of the road. It was around 10pm when it happened so i got my car toed to the dealership. I called the following day for an update on my car and i was told I will be contacted shortly after they diagnose what happened with my car. I am a salesman myself and I understand the goal of every business is to make profit but treating people with DIGNITY AND RESPECT should always be a virtue. I was contacted by a very rude guy at services. I wont mention his name. He told me and i quote "Warranty does not cover any damages to your car and the total fee for repair and replacement of some parts will cost you X amount" I told the guy that it was not my fault for whatever happened and I know its also not Fords fault but could there possibly be any middle ground or a reasonable solution for both of us since I am a new customer. He told me well this is what we want you to pay and I am not here to waste my time so if you cannot come up with the fee then your car will be ready for you and you can do whatever you want. Like i said, his job is to make profit for the company but i was not treated with dignity and respect. I will not recommend anyone to purchase a car from ford woodhouse omaha because it seems like they never have a solution for anything but they are good at enticing you to purchase from them.

From day one my experience with Atchley Ford was a great one. It was so nice to not have someone harassing me by e-mail, phone, text like other dealerships have done. When I got into contact with Cory Kolm at Atchley Ford the entire process was as simple as possible. We were able to conduct all of our business through e-mail and I completed the financing application on their website. My past experiences with going into a dealership to do that entire process was stressful and misleading. Cory and the other employees at Atchley Ford made sure that everything was covered in our loan from GAP insurance to sales tax to registration. They gave us every option to not add those things into our loan as well but it was nice that when we drove to Omaha, NE from Denison, Iowa everything was approved and ready to go. He made sure our payments were lower than my previous vehicle payments exactly how I asked even with all of the extras added in. We did not need to sit and negotiate prices with them or worry about getting enough for our trade in. Cory made sure that this was all done in a timely manner and that we were compeletely satisfied. The only things that I found a little less satisfactory about my visit was just little things like the dealership not filling our new vehicle up with gas (I just became accustom to this when I have bought previous vehicles they usually give you a free full tank of gas.) Also just little things on the vehicle that we purchased that I feel are very was fixes or to clean up that werent done. All and all though we absolutely love our new vehicle and had a very quick, painless and fullfilling experience.
