Citi Pawn is the name you can trust. I went to several different pawn shops in the area, none of the can be compared with Citi Pawn. I want to say thank you very much to manager of the store Elman, Very professional and knowledgeable person. Very clean and well organized place, very reasonable prices on merchandise and gold. Citi Pawn gave me the highest offer for my gold and electronics. I will recommend them to everyone. P.S GNC Golden connection are crooks dont ever go there, very bad people.

Very nice place, very nice people! I heard so many things about this place and decided to check them out and I was surprised. Never been in that clean Pawn Shop! Citi Pawn is my new favorite place to go for my emergency cash needs. They give me way more than I was expected, and way more that everybody around this area offer me. BIG DIFFERENCE!!!!! I used to go to this pawn shop before and haven’t been back, until last week, and I noticed a BIG difference. The store looks a lot more organized and MUCH cleaner!!! A gentleman by the name of Hector helped me, he was very pleasant and very helpful. I must say this was the best pawn shop experience I’ve ever had and I would definitely recommend this pawn shop to ANYONE!!!

I was recently in Ft Lauderdale on a vacation . I went into their store and waited at least fifteen minutes for someone named Hector to help me. It looked like he was texting on his phone, seemed like I wasnt important. I walked out and went to another pawn shop where I spent over $500. I think they need to improve their customer service. I wouldnt recommend them.

i was recently went back to citi pawn in cypress, and i notice a lot of changes the store looks more cleaner than its used to be and you can find things ways more easier, i think they changed management. but new guys are very nice and very helpful. thank you guys keep up the good work.
