Scumbags, plain and simple. This is the first review I have ever written about any place EVER, but after what happened to me, I felt the need to warn people about this places shady business tactics. They posted a Bose Wave CD player on craigslist for $149, with instructions to purchase it in their store. I drove 25 minutes to get there and asked to see it, was told it was just put out (it was definitely the same one as in the photo), and I put a CD in it to test it out. It sounded great and I was ready to buy, but I noticed the price on it was $239. The employee told me he would go check on it and disappeared in the back. During this time while I browsed through the store, I pulled up the CL ad on my phone quickly found it, confirming it was the exact same unit at the exact same store, indeed priced at $149. Looking into the back office, I saw the employee and his boss standing in front of their computer, presumably confirming the price I saw online. After at least 10 minutes of waiting, the original employee came out and wouldnt make eye contact with me. The boss then told me they couldnt find the ad online, so I must have been mistaken and seen a $139 unit (totally different - not even the same color) that their sister store was selling beachside. They showed me this on their computer and I explained that wasnt it. He then said maybe someone put a fake ad out there, presumably to get traffic like me into their store (yeah, that makes sense, especially for an item they "just put out") and get them in trouble for not honoring the price. I showed him how to browse the electronics section of CL and showed him the ad that was posted at exactly 1:52:39 (the same exact one I was looking at on my phone) from his store. Yep, there it is, same exact ad that they claimed they couldnt find a minute ago.... Oh wait... but now one part is different and the price online is $239. Gee, I wonder how that happened? He of course denied any wrong doing, but when I showed him THE EXACT SAME AD that I had just brought up on my phone, still showing a price of $149 because I loaded it before they changed the price in the back room, there was nothing he could say to deny what happened. Still though, rather than admit to making an honest (yeah right) pricing mistake and explaining he couldnt sell me the unit for that price, he tried telling me they sell for over $300 on ebay, so if I paid him $239, Id be saving $100. What a deal! Are you kidding me? He continued to lie to my face and claim ignorance (yes, he was plenty ignorant, but not about this particular situation). This guy is clearly a scumbag who uses bait and switch tactics to get peope into his store, and I will never step foot in there again. I wont frequent any business that uses such shady sales tactics and I encourage you to do the same.

One of the best Shops around in general very friendly and fair with price and negotiations. They have always been there when i needed them and the free lay a way is always a nice touch when i find something i cant quite afford at the moment. No idea why there are any other pawn shops open others i have been to service is horrible and no respect was given. 10 Stars overall i recommend you give a browse.

Best Pawn Shop around,if u dont make a payment on a layway in a month they still hold for you very polite always greets customers i do recommend them. there fast with ur payments they have great prices amazing quaility guns and other merchandise people would be crazy to not try them out.

I have been to many pawn shops in this area. This is by far the cleanest Ive been in. As far as the people working there. They were very polite and helpful. They did everything they could to get me the amount i needed. Is a kind and friendly enviroment and i will definately be back.

DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO ADD ON TOP OF THAT?..I hate when i bring in an item and they always want you 2 bring in something else to get what you wanted out of the item you brought in.Please support local PAWN STORES and get ur moneys worth dont get RIPPED OFF BY THESE CON-ARTIST.

My wife and I just sold some of our gold there. We shopped around for a few days and went with them, they paid us almost $3,000 and beat offers from everyone else! They sell a lot of really cool stuff in the store, prices are competetive.

Trying to offer me a $25 loan on my gun when I can go to any other pawnshop and get $200 loan for it. Guess that means I grit my teeth drive the extra 5 miles to my normal pawnshop

I usually stop by to just browse on whats new and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in, the store is very clean, unlike most shoppes in the area.
