Well stocked, clean and easily accessible hours of operation. There are not any self check out lanes and this location did not benefit from the 2015 Haggen Markets creation and fizzle. The staff makes quick work of their duties, are generally friendly and come from a variety of backgrounds. The prices are affordable, specials rotate frequently. Parking is plentiful. Like most grocery stores the soundtrack could be amazing or awkward. The store is slightly older than some competitors especially in other markets and like many grocers in the South has an ocre hue & sepia tone about its ambiance. Despite all this it is a frequent shopping spot easily reachable from major highways and almost always has what one needs for satisfaction of sustenance. Great store brands & brand names alike. It is a smart place one may shop.

Decent Location, always well stocked products but unfriendly staff at times. I went in this store to make a purchase recently. I witnessed a young boy walk up to one of the cashiers and asked him for some change for a dollar. The cashier was very rude and basically told the boy to go away. Everyone that was standing around was just surprised at his reaction. This isnt the first incident Ive witnessed in this store that involved a staff member being disrespectful to a customer. I certainly understand that customers can be difficult at times but the management needs to coach their staff here on customer service skills. The boy simply wanted some change for a dollar bill. If the cashier didnt have any he could have said so in a more professional manner.

A decent albertsons, more than likely the bedt in the area, being far north dallas riding along the edge of richardson, plano, frisco and the like it makes sense. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and not one of them made me feel like an idiot for asking a question or having them do something extra like price/inventory check an item in the back.

Hey folks CHECK the expiration dates on all meats (especially sale items) purchased at this location. I purchased spoiled meats twice and got a headache when I took it back because the customer service agents think you have no right to bring spoiled meat back to their store, even 30 minutes after purchase. I plan to call the government next time.

I dont understand why this place is not more crowded. The Kroger down the street is always jam packed with customers. This Albertsons has a really nice produce section, the store is clean and well organized , maybe Kroger has better meat selection. I like this Albertsons because you can get in and out of there so quickly.

Bought beef at the Frankford store. After I got home realized it was past the sell by date. Took it back to the store and there was numerous packages on the shelf past the sell by date. After I brought it to the attention of the but her he removed it.... if you buy meat here you might want to check dates.

Sale items are never in stock. No self checkouts. Ive shopped here a few times since signing up for their coupon service but not worth it. Lots of dairy and meat items are close to or past expiration. The employees have always been pleasant enough. Sticking with Kroger and Aldi.

Terrible! Waited to be helped for 10min or so at bakery asked for a loaf of bread that was not out front and the lady dropped it on the floor right infront of me and then proceeded to hand it to me & the bag was ripped open :/ I told her I didnt want it since she dropped it

Store smells. Purchased spoiled chicKen brought it back and was given another pack of spoiled chicken. The 3rd pack which was opened with the store manager was also spoiled. The store manager wasnt helpful nor did he seem concerned.

The staff is always friendly, on my last visit the cashier made casual conversation and even gave me extra monopoly tickets because she enjoyed our conversation. This place also has amazing buy one get one free deals on meat.

Used to have a very friendly middle aged fellow working the meat counter. He was just great. Now I am lucky to even get the teenagers attention working the counter. The checkout lines are pretty slow too.

I love this store. Its my primary grocery store. There is always plenty of parking. The store is rarely crowded. The price and quality of the food is good. The florist is really helpful. So is the butcher.

Alot of the sale items i came in for were out of stock. Eggs, t.p, Tide laundry detergent. Mostly staple items. This was on a Monday afternoon. To top it off only 2or 3 registers open and busy lines

Albertsons is a well known grocery outlet that is clean, well organized with helpful personnel. I do, however, find their price structure to be a bit higher than what I am accustom to at H. E. B.

The selection is fine. However, the place is a tad dated in terms of design, and there are better nearby alternatives for lower pricing, better foods, and more items.
