I am typically a BIG FAN of Sprouts... however this specific location was SOOO dissapointing!! I came in looking for organic strawberries, and to my surprise they had a GREAT sale going on... 2, 1lb pkg for $5, and for anyone that buys organic produce, they KNOW thats an excellent price. Unfortunately, as myself and another lady are searching through their selection, both myself and the other lady were upset to find NOT ONE pkg that wasnt spoiled and moldy. We both asked an employee who was close by, if they had more in the back, and he just shrugged his shoulders... so we asked another employee, who then says "we should just pick the moldy or spoiled ones out, and replace them from another container... thats what she does"... SMH, are you SERIOUS??? That whole selection should be taken off the shelf, how are they still trying to get money for SPOILED PRODUCE, smh!!! Just write it off as a loss, and order more. Ridiculous!!! She honestly should NOT be working there if she doesnt know that once one of your fruits in the container is showing mold, they are ALL spoiled and moldy... the entire container is contaminated. I have not been so disgusted in my life. I will NEVER go back to this location. SO NASTY!!!

I love the quaint feeling!If youre tired of huge stores that distract your from your grocery list i really recommend coming here. I only gave 4 stars because it does have a small selection when it comes to the aisles, but regardless its great food for an affordable price. Its the healthy feeling of Whole Foods without the price tag. Always clean, food is delicious, staff are friendly and butcher was patient with this first time cook.Overall a great place and every time ive gone, its never been crowded which is so nice for a mom of 2.

Christeen I hope Im spelling her name correctly. I just left the sprouts about 30minutes ago its now 7:00pm on 7/20/16 I walked up to the cash register She did not say hi how are you ,nothing Her and the Male coworker were talking about Breaktime pay etc. I had to listen to all that before she decided to help me at that point, When I said something ,all she gave me was the total price ! No Hi how is your day , nothing terrible customer service. And they still kept talking about other things instead of helping a customer!

this store used to be amazing. Ive shopped there from the moment it opened. Food and Produce still is, but management has to have changed within the past 6-9 months. employees are like revolving doors. Lines at times half way down the store with two or three cashiers - other employees just walking around as though its normal. And i dare you to try and get a smile from them once you do get to the register. Come on Sprouts, youre better than this....but you lost me...at least at this location.

The food and produce is amazing. So many organic options and I even found an all natural jug of apple juice. However, the past 3 times Ive gone, the cashiers were extremely rude. The rudest cashiers Ive ever experienced and their customer service is horrible. I called to ask about a product and the manager had me on hold for 30 minutes; after they didnt answer, I called again and no one answered. I love the store itself but my experience there with the cashiers has just been horrible.

Sprouts is my new favorite grocery store but this location is not. I passed several staff members but only one greeted me and none of them asked me if i needed anything. I had the worse service with the cashier who was having a conversation with another associate while assisting me. She didnt make eye contact and acted as if she didnt want to be there. I will visit Sprouts again but probably not this location.

Sprouts must be defined as "rudest most unhappy d-bag working muthafu**s on the planet"! Because there is never a time I come here is there a cashier with a smile or a kind disposition. At THIS location at least! They should give a class on how to speak to people. Love the selection and the prices its unfortunate you have to be checked out by certified organic assholes

This place is great for us Vegans, I know they have some meat and dairy too but theres a whole lotta veggies and fruits, and their bulk dry goods are great- I have never seen so much vegan-friendly snack-food. This is one of those places that makes it easier to live vegan, organic or just healthier in general, and SO MUCH CHEAPER than Whole Foods!(less pretentious too)

This is the best grocery store in Dallas, I think, based on appearance, products, and prices. And believe me - I know my grocery stores and food!!! However I do agree with a different reviewer that the cashiers arent that nice - yall really need to work on that! However the stock people are nice and always willing to help. I love this sprouts!!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The absolute worst grocery store that I have every been to. The cashiers are rude, example throw your fruits and veggies on the counter bruise them, complain about working and talking to other cashiers while ringing you up. Honestly I dont know how this location has so many great reviews it is horrible

Great selection fresh foods and meats. Love the bulk section, lots of grains, nuts, snacks, dried fruits, etc. Prices are low on fruits, meats, grains, nuts, spices, etc., only high if youre trying to buy things that are typically processed ("junk" food) because they offer only natural/organic options. My favorite store.

The Managers are friendly and helpful, however I can not say the same thing about the cashiers. I needed help one day early in the morning went up to a young lady and before I even said anything she told me I cant help Im on a break. She ignored me and went back to play on her phone.

Their was so much to look at, and a cashier Dana was so helpful as she too her time to help me with my stuff need more people like her!!! Love the deli the food was amazing, definitely be back to see Dana thank you. Big 5 Stars, awesome job awesome service awesome staff!!!!

I agree with other reviews here. Love sprouts, love the selection but the entire staff at this store seems to be just so uninterested in friendliness or providing customer service. Ill tolerate it just because I am so close to this location but its a consistent experience.

Great store but not on Saturday mornings. Skeleton crew, without a manager. Hard to get any help. When I asked for something, they told me without even checking on the back, we do not have it come back next week. They need a manager even on Saturday morning!
