The worst experience. On Feb 10th 2017, I called in and ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day. My wife works at the Federal Courthouse and leaves at 4:30pm so the plan was to have flowers delivered to her work ON Valentines Day. I was assured by the rep at Kuhn Flowers that businesses would be delivered first then residences so no problem getting them delivered by 4:30. I felt good having Valentines Day taken care of. Fast forward to Feb 14th, Valentines Day. I wait all day for that text saying .."Thank you! etc for the flowers. They are beautiful. You made my day!!".. Guess what? That text never came because Kuhn Flowers never delivered them!!! I called in around 5pm asking for a delivery update. Thinking maybe they delivered them to the wrong address or she didnt get them. Never thought it was because they had not been delivered. The rep could care less that they had not been delivered. I asked for them to be delivered at home thinking maybe Valentines Day could be salvaged and she said sorry they couldnt do that but they could deliver them tomorrow. I asked " You mean the day AFTER Valentines Day?". Really?? Youre kidding right? I asked to speak to a manager and the rep said "they are downstairs and would have to call me back". So i asked "what are my options here?" She says either have them delivered tomorrow "the day AFTER Valentines Day" or have my money refunded. I was so mad and disappointed at this point I said please have a manager call me and refund my money. All I can say is ONLY order from Kuhn Flowers if you want to risk not getting your flowers delivered on the day you planned. Do not count on them!!!!!!!!!! They DON"T care!!!!! And, I am still waiting on that call from a manager and my money to be refunded!!!! TERRIBBLE!!!!!!!

I ordered some flowers for my wife for Valentines Day her job is literally only 1.5 miles up the road from the flower shop ,at 5 oclock my wife called me , she had not received any flowers . when I called the sales associate and asked what happened ? Their answer was I dont know .... Their suggestion was we can deliver the following day for a discounted price ... I quickly let her know that maam flowers were for Valentines Day not the following day, what is the point the following day ? Thought this would be an easy delivery considering distance was so short from work and Kuhn is such a big flower shop .. needless to say , I was a frustrated customer with no answers and no solution. Maybe a smaller shop would have been a better option ....

My brother in law (Denny) passed away recently and my husband wanted a special flower arrangement in memory of his brother. Denny was an avid pool player and played many tournaments. I called Kuhns and spoke to Kathy. I explaind we needed an arrangement with a Billiards theme. Kathy said she would see what they could come up with and call me back. Kathy and the team did not let me down.. The arrangement was very creative and so beautiful! I have always been pleased with the flower arrangements I have received from Kuhns and I highly recommend them! Several days later I got a "Thank you " card from Kathy thanking me for my business. That is top of the line customer service. Kathy thank you for a JOB WELL DONE!

Dont buy flowers from Kuhns in Jacksonville FL! Horrible customer service! We called them two weeks before Mothers Day to inquire about a single hand held bouquet of flowers for a trash the dress photo shoot happening the day before Mothers Day. The lady on the phone said they would not take the order on the phone because we needed to come in and look at page 5 of the wedding book to pick something. A week later we go in to the store, ask for the book, and were told sorry it is to close to Mothers Day and we will not help you! We asked to speak to the manager and she told us the same thing! Unbelievable, all the years I have done business with them, funerals, Mothers Day, and Valentines Day; never again!

I called and placed an order for a dozen roses on Monday 2/13 to be delivered to my wifes office on Valentines Day 2/14. They never delivered the flowers or even called to say they were not going to be able to. I called to check on them at 5:30 PM on 2/14 and was assured they were out for delivery and would be there any time. Come closing time at 7:00 PM they were still not there. Once again, they never called to say they were unable to deliver or reschedule. I finally called on 2/15 around 5:00 PM and they offered to "upgrade" the arrangement to two dozen roses and redeliver 2/16. Thanks but no thanks. Ill find a florist that will actually deliver an order when I place it.

Edible Arrangements; you definitely have some strong competition here! Very attractive selection of flowers; had an opportunity to meet the new owner Marty and they are definitely doing some great things with the long standing business moving forward in the future; I purchased the sweet surprise" selection of flowers and was absolutely blown away by the quality and the professionalism of the staff, I would definitely recommend anyone needing to deliver a prearrangement of flowers delivered and wanting to make a quality statement to whomever they are looking to impress, thanks for the experience Marty! - Dewayne.

Fiancé ordered a dozen roses, balloons, and a teddy bear for Valentines Day. Close to 6, a lady came in, threw a bag containing a bear and balloons on the counter, and ran out. No roses. If my office didnt have late hours, nothing would have been delivered. Called about the flowers, Kuhns was closed. Called the next day, the person on the phone could absolutely care less and did nothing to make the situation right. Two days later and I still have no flowers. Id rather give my money to any floral shop in town but this one.

I placed a same-day order and was delighted when the flowers arrived and looked exactly like the picture online! This has never happened with other florists and delivery services Ive used in the past, so I was very impressed with Kuhn Flowers! Also, the delivery was very fast. Our friend had the flowers waiting for her upon her arrival to work that day, and it was a surprise she will not soon forget. Thank you to everyone at Kuhn Flowers who made this all happen!

I have used Kuhns for over 30 years for all my floral needs. That ended yesterday, when I was repeatedly assured by its staff that a special order had been sent. We waited until eight oclock and concluded that it would not be arriving. I was told today that it never even left the shop. So, a very expensive arrangement, sent as an anniversary gift, was never received. Absolutely no effort was made to correct the problem. I will not be using them again!

They have been good to me so far but I called on Wednesday to get some flowers delivered to my wifes school on Friday before Mothers Day : My wife likes getting flowers in front of the other women she works with. but they were unable to guarantee delivery before 2:00 pm so I had to have the flowers delivered on Thursday. I was not happy but I had no choice. I could not take the chance of my wife not getting the flowers.
