Extremely bad. Stay away. I ordered from them a deliver of flowers for my mothers 84th birthday. I paid extra for a more expensive arrangement than the one listed on their website. Instead, they delivered the cheapest version. When I called and complained they became very rude. I asked them to return the difference in my payment back to my credit card. Instead, they came to my moms home and took all the flowers back. This is gross!!! I have never experienced such a terrible service and never dealt with such insensitive people.

I can not express how wonderful Curtis and his team are. He did my wedding July 2017 in Erie, PA. I was planning my wedding from out of town but after meeting with Curtis, I knew I was in good hands. His flowers and arrangements were more than I could ever imagined. I had a vision but Chris made it a reality. He was honest and fair about flowers, pricing , and availability. It is obvious he truly cares about his work and his customers. Whenever I am in the Cleveland area this is the only Florist I will use!

Ive been here a number of times to get flowers for my girlfriend, as a man I willingly admit that I know little of the intricacies of colors and shades required for an appealing floral gift or display. Every time I stop in the staff are very friendly and helpful assisting me in choosing flowers that not only will my girlfriend love but that are also within my price range. Im sure Ill be back many more times.

I used Tuthills on 185th for the first time. Wonderful selection and fair prices. But what I was MOST impressed with, and what will keep me coming back, was the service. Both Curtis and Therese were extremely helpful and accommodating. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days.
