The worst customer service I have ever received in my life!! I have had Wal-Mart flowers last twice as long!! My husband sent me flowers to my work through 1-800-FLOWERS. He spent $85 for 6 roses and daisies surrounding them. Yes they were beautiful, for about 4 days. On the fifth day, they were starting to fall and wilt. I called customer service and they could not find my order so they said they would call me back once they figured it out. I never heard back from them. On day 7, I called them again and they figured out that it was technically ordered through the store on Baymeadows, not through corporate. They called the store and it was closed. So I called them myself the next day (Sunday) and they were closed again. Monday I called them twice and nobody answered and there is not voicemail to leave a message. Tuesday morning I finally got someone to answer and after I explained to them the situation, all she said to me was "Since its not within the 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot do anything". I got upset because all of the was not my fault and she literally hung up on me! I had to call back 3 times to get her to answer again. I said calmly, "I need a solution to this problem. There has to be something you guys can do. Any sort of refund? Another bouquet of flowers?" All she had to say was no. I asked to speak to a manager and after waiting for 20 mins, she hung up on me as well!! Then would not answer when I called back a few times!! I am a manager in customer service and I would never even dream about treating a client that way!! No matter how rude or loud they were being!! I would lose my job! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY CLEARLY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND NOT SATISFYING THE CUSTOMER!!

I got flowers delivered from this specific location and dissatisfied does not begin to explain our experience. The flowers were delivered late and while I overcame that, upon inspection, the quality of the flowers were poor and I did not receive quite what my husband ordered. He ordered 2 dozen red and pink roses and what showed up were red and "pale red" roses...not pink. I called twice and left a message and did not receive a call back. When I called a third time, a young lady picked up that was very pleasant however she transferred me to a manager that was quite the opposite. If you know me, you know that my tone is never raised but very clear and firm. I explained what happened and the manager got hostile and defensive and then decided she was going to end the phone call and hung up while I was still talking. When I called back to get her name, no one answered. I have never had such poor level of service. I called their corporate office and they were very apologetic and while they were not going to be able to track down that particular "manager" since she declined to put notes in the system, they were going to work on a resolution. If you choose to order through 1-800 flowers and would like to ensure your satisfaction, be specific and make sure your order is not fulfilled through this location off Baymeadows Road in the Reedy Branch shopping center.

Just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU for the beautiful arrangement for my MOM for Mothers Day. She absolutely LOVED the doggie arrangement that looked just like her little one !! As a former florist myself, i know quality and this was spectacular. Remember when placing orders online or using the 1-800 Flowers service for Valentines Day or Mothers day, there is no limit as to how many orders can be placed. Florists do their best to get the arrangements made and delivered on these special days... Some people think ahead and place their order months or even a year in advance for these insane flower delivery days. I used to go home in tears at the end of these days (usually after midnight and even after quadrupling my staff for the day). Knowing that there was a chance that something got overlooked, or not delivered, or that we never got the order from 1-800 Flowers. Perhaps if thinking only a few days ahead of the big day - why not schedule for a pre-delivery of the actual holiday - that way your Valentine or Mom can enjoy them and show them off at work or at home - even before anyone else !! Just a suggestion. You can even start the gift card with "Because i just couldnt wait to let you know how much you mean to me.... " But again - I highly recommend this arrangement for any dog lover - the kitty cat arrangement is adorable too !!!

Stop in as a walk in on my way to Publix to pick up a Birthday Cake for my Doctor. I wanted something a little more than the 3 for $12 bunch at publix. Something small. A very nice lady said how much who you like to spend. I said around 20 dollars. OK so she said we can make something for you. I was so glad they could do it right then on the spot. I said I will go to publix and pick up her cake. Come back to pick up the flowers. Its in the same plaza. I came back to see THEY ARE CLOSED AFTER I ALL READY PAID. IT WAS NOW 1 PM. I PLACED MY ORDER AT 12 :30. I WAS SO UPSET!!!!!! IF THEY WERE GOING TO CLOSED ALL THEY HAD TO SAY WAS HEY WE CLOSED IN 30 MINS! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST GO TO PUBLIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO TOMORROW I AM GOING TO GO BACK UP THERE AND ASK FOR A REFUND! !!!!!!

Promised delivery on a certain date. (a Friday) They went to the address at 5pm, the door was locked and didnt even bother to knock or ring the bell even tho cars outside the address. Then - doesnt bother to call me that they didnt deliver them and find out they delivered them Monday morning. I verified with the person who received them Monday that there were 3 people there until 5:30 pm. When I called to express my dissatisfaction with them they gave me two options. We can go get the balloons and refund your money or give you a $5 credit. Really? Very Very poor customer service or customer non service satisfaction. . Will not get my business or any of my friends or my companys business. Extreamly disappointed with the way this was handled pre and post transaction.

Spent $80 dollars total, to get flowers delivered on Valentines day, to My Girlfriends Work. They had my phone number and hers. Nothing was taking care of, as the end of the work day approached, they told me they have no record of the purchase. Of course they charged my card, and did not call either of our phones. They had both of our numbers in case something was to happen. I was so upset, that she did not get this experience, as others that she worked with did. Now, I look like the bad guy and it ruined the whole evening. I would recommend no one to do business with them, what a Joke! Just call me, if you cant deliver on what you promise. I called all day, and of course could not get through except one time, when the lady told me, she had no record of anything.
