Edit: The owner reached out to me personally while on vacation apologizing for his employees actions. I understand it was out of his control and hope the actions are not a representation of the business as a whole. Ive adjusted the rating from 1 star to 3 stars due to the response and promise to full refund. He also had a very nice/higher grade arrangement sent the following day from our correspondence. Sharon personally yelled at me and hung up on me, saying I can tell her boss and she doesnt care. At 5:00pm on the day of my scheduled delivery, I contacted Flowerama because the order intended to be a surprise had not been delivered. I was told they had no way to check if it had because the order slips were in the delivery van. Sharon asked if I could call the person and ask if they received their surprise gift to which I responded with "No I would prefer to know from the businesses end if it was delivered". Disgruntled she said "I guess I can go out back and check the van" Well after checking the van then her system, it was confirmed that they received my order but never printed it, nor prepared it for delivery. I immediately asked for a refund. This is when I was told that the owner is Aruba and the office manager had already left. I was told it would be Wednesday before I could be refunded for something they never sent, ruining a birthday surprise. I asked Sharon to please call office manager to speak with me in which she responded "the office manager has worked enough this week so Im not going to bother her". As soon as I said that was unacceptable, Sharon HUNG UP on me! I called back, once again being told by Sharon that "she would not bother any of the staff to speak with me" and that I can tell them that she treated me in the way she did, and that she doesnt care. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. I have never treated in a way that I was with this company.

I had less than a week left until my wedding, and my fiancé and I came across this small flower shop. Despite the limited amount of time to order my flowers, the lady at the store was very helpful and said our flowers would arrive on time. Two days before my wedding, I arrived to pick up my flowers. I accidentally dropped my wallet as I was leaving the shop, and the employee called me an hour after I left, telling me that a customer had found my wallet and had tried to walk out of the store with it and steal it. The employee saw the customer pick up my wallet from the floor, and stopped the customer from leaving with it. Essentially, I owe the employee everything. My credit cards and ID were in my wallet, and the employee had the integrity to call me and give it back. I will definitely be shopping here again. Oh, and I ordered blue hydrangreas, and they are now my favorite flowers. They turned out beautifully.

Called Flowerama to see if they had teal flowers. Instead of a polite Yes or No. the owner told us there are no teal flowers and they have to paint them. At this time he handed the phone to a female florist who was very nice and informative. She assisted us and answered our questions. They did not have the flowers we needed, but she was willing to paint flowers that we purchaed else where for a small fee. We agreed to that and brought the flowers to Flowerama. When we arrived, the owner RUDELY told us "we dont paint other flowers"; after his florist whom he handed the phone over to conduct business said she would for a small fee. When we told him she said she would, he said "I am the owner and I say NO". This was a horrible experience of being told one thing on the phone and another when arriving at the store. Does not take care of customers and insults them. We will not recommend this business to anyone.

Worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time!! I went in with my mom to look for a large table arrangement for a dinner party and when we walked in, there were three women at the counter facing the entrance. No one spoke to us. My mom said "hi" and one of them gave a slight nod of acknowledgement. We walked over to the case of pre-arranged flowers ( still no one has spoken to us or offered to help). We were not impressed by what we saw so we walked out. Wont be going back there, thats for sure!!

My boyfriend ordered me Valentines day flowers via their online website and they were never delivered. We called them the Tuesday after Valentines day because Monday was a holiday. They said they never received an order from us even though we had a confirmation email and $80 deducted out of his account. They said we can deliver them...too late now Valentines day is over with. The whole point was for me to get flowers since he was working all day.

Called at 11. Asked if they could have flowers delivered before 2 since wife gets off at that time. NO PROBLEM, they said since it was a mile or 2 up the road. Flowers delivered at 2:15. Wife, gone for the day. So, I called back and asked why not delivered before 2 as requested and promissed. Answer, Traffic! Unacceptable!! No credit or refund offered but she did say; well she will have them for tomorrow, REALLY! Poor Service!!

This place has been around since I was a child. The customer service and quality of the bouquets are what sets them apart. I ordered a bouquet for my mothers birthday. Same day delivery and just asked for something bright with some roses. 4 days later I get to see the arrangement and it is gorgeous!! My mom felt so special and the flowers are amazing! This is the best flower shop in town. I am forever a customer. Thank you!!!

We walked in 5 minutes before closing and the girl behind the counter acted like we ruined her night. I apologized for walking on her freshly mopped floors and barely got an acknowledgement back. She turned the lights off on us at 7:28 which was still 2 minutes before closing. If I hadnt been needing the arrangement I would have left.. I will be buying my flowers from elsewhere from now on.

I stopped in during the holidays and they impromptu made a beautiful arrangement at a very reasonable price. I went back this week, last minute, for a Spring Tall Arrangement. Once again, within the hour they had it ready, very reasonable and the arrangements are beautiful!! Highly recommend this place. --Clair

Do not buy flowers from them, mine two days later started dying and in their website said "long-standing" flower. Then I went to get it replaced and we argued and they said they wont even replace it. Walmart has better quality flowers then them and the flower I got for mothers day was $65 from floweram.

Fresh flowers, great prices on roses. Flowerama flowers seem to last longer than other florists or from grocery stores. Service was excellent, delivery was prompt, only $39.99 for a dozen red roses arranged in a vase. Cant be beat!
