This was a spur of the moment stop-in. It was my first time in there, but Ive passed it many times. To be perfectly honest, I only never thought to go in because nothing on the outside ever caught my eye. I can definitely say that I highly misjudged this place by a long shot. I went in needing an XXS harness for my 4 pound Chihuahua, Lexington. I can never find XXS anything anywhere in-stores, so I always have to order online. While I was working, Lexi chewed straight through her harness and I needed something asap. I knew that none of the local large corporations didnt carry anything for me to run in and grab, so I took the chance and headed inside here. In the mere 5-10ish minutes I spent inside, I was greeted warmly and asked if I needed help by at least 5 staff members, (and not in the annoying way). They made conversation and were genuinely enjoyable! Three of the employees had remarked that they hadnt seen me there before, which let me know they have a superb rapport with their customers. Need I mention that it smelled and looked phenomenal in there. Clean, friendly, and bright. Back to the harness, they had soooo many adorable harnesses (and clothes) in XXS! I had at least 10 options of each and left with exactly what I came in for and excited for the next time I get to visit. You can tell the staff truly cares about animals and it isnt just a job to them because I was asked about my pet(s) and they were eager to see pictures. In total, I have spent 10 minutues in this place, hours upon hours In other pet suppliers, and I can confidently say that I will NEVER shop at another pet supply store. Ever.

We go there all the time to get exactly what we need for our pets . Great sales and online coupons , a very large selection of items for any pet . They have a groomer there and a self serve pet wash . The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable about what brands or items you need . Fresh food , can food , soft and hard food , grain free foods . Fish , rodents , reptiles , birds , anything for any animals , cages , clothes , leashes , collars , training items , treats ...etc . Free parking , carry out service and on certain days they have a Vet Clinic at discounted costs for your pet ..micro-chipping ..etc . They have it all and recommend them highly !

I went there looking for a food for my dog that had been throwing up and has sensitive stomach issues. An employee approached me right away and spent several minutes with me trying to find the perfect food to help with my dogs food needs. He was more knowledgeable and caring than when I took her to the vet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Pet supplies plus is the pet store I shop at. Came out here to visit a friend, her dogs needed 1 more month of flea medication so I told her to get it from the pet store, they tried to tell her she needed a prescription, HA. No you dont. So I said just go to pet supplies plus, you wont have any problems.

So far, so good. The test will be when the dogs get their nails clipped. They offer a self service washing station for folks to wash their own dogs...which seems silly, since the same can be done in a bath tub or shower in the xomforts of home.

Ok. Everyone is nice I bought 6 angel fish that are healthy and doing well. Also I did spend 100 dollars for 2 dogs to be groomed and they came home itching with fleas I would recommend the store just not the pet grooming

The staff here is young and friendly. Pets are welcome to come shop along with you. Me and and my wife bring our APBT here all the time. Prices overall, are quite a bit lower than other pet stores in the area.
