We put a deposit on a puppy before they arrived and was told we would get first pick of the litter since we were the first to show interest. We were going out of town the day after got in and they offered to board our puppy through the weekend for free since they just came in which I thought was very nice. The day the puppies came in we paid the remaining balance in full and after spending some time with two, we picked our puppy. The sister puppy was a lot smaller and appeared to be the runt. We spent about an hour with the puppy we chose while doing paperwork and learning the needs of this particular breed. We loved her personality and she immediately took to my daughter. My little girl and I were in love! The young girl that worked with us was extremely helpful and went through a couple of collars before finding one that properly fit and was safe for our little puppy. She put the collar on for us and double checked the fit. We were so excited to get back in town and pick up our puppy. We go in Monday afternoon to pick our puppy and they brought the sickly puppy to us without a collar. Immediately we knew that was not our dog. It didnt look like her at all, other than almost the same coloring. They tried to tell us that was our dog-it wasnt. This pup even began throwing up in the store while we there. We pulled up the pics we had of our dog and they realized it wasnt the same dog. The groomer said she took the collar off. They sold our puppy to someone else! My little girl was so upset and the ladies that were there were very insensitive to this mistake they made. They offered no help other than giving us a refund. I shared what happened with friends and I began hearing so many horror stories of the health of puppies from this store and bad experiences with this business. Some have even had their puppies sold out from under them also. It got back to them about how upset people were and I was called perverse and wicked by the lady who made the mistake for sharing our experience. Our hope was to inform our friends of what happened so another child/family wouldnt have their heart broken also. It may have been an honest mistake, but the way we were treated in finding out was not good business.

Horrible!!! I would always go into dream puppys and play with the puppies but I never bought any. Well, when I thought I was ready I bought a Yorkie and while putting my deposit the owner Debbie told me one price but when my husband picked him up he she claimed to have given us a "discount" for being good people. When we got the puppy home the next day he couldnt really breathe he had to be hospitalized (expensive) only to die later. I called her and told her the news she quickly replaced the puppy only with a sicker puppy. He had green mucus coming out of his nose and I took him back the next day she kept him for a couple of days and when I got him back he was still the same. I took him to the vet, vet said he was unhealthy and I should get my money back. I called her told her that and she wanted to keep him again. She did and he was no better he went to the vet once a week for four weeks visits were over 60 bucks each time. Eventually she offered my money back after getting frustrated with me calling. She asked for puppy back and papers so I assumed she only sold him again (Sad). When I went to pick up the check it was over 50 dollars short. Honestly, that check barely covered what I spent in vet bills between the two Yorkies & the top notch cleaning supplies I had to buy to disinfect my home and yard so my new pups wouldnt catch whatever it was! I wouldnt recommend getting ANY puppies from this store!!! She does not care about these animals, it is all about your money!!! I now have two beautiful HEALTHY yorkies a male and a female. I wish I could post pictures of these beauties!! I may of had to drive a distance, but I got exactly what I paid for!

We needed a Maltese or a Maltipoo due to allergies. They didnt have any at the time I called (Mon) but Debbie (owner) said she would look into her sources and get back to me. She didnt. I called Thurs. and she wasnt there. Left a message. I went IN on Sat. She wasnt there, so I left another message. I called Monday and she said she was going to go through a different breeder. She hung up on me as I said goodbye. I waited. Nothing. I called back the next week and she said she had located one. I asked about a deposit. She told me they were non-refundable. So I didnt do it. Im glad I didnt, because she NEVER CALLED ME. I ALWAYS had to call her. She even hung up on me AGAIN as I was thanking her. For a $699 purchase, you think shed want my business. I ended up searching want ads and on-line sites and we now have a smart, beautiful, and healthy Maltipoo who cost us LESS than 1/2 of what she wanted. POOR POOR POOR customer service. Ill never go back. PS: She STILL hasnt called about the dog she supposedly found for us. That was 3 weeks ago.

I would highly recommend not wasting your money or time here. My sister bought a morkie here around a month ago. She wanted a yorkie, but when she called to reserve one they never answered her calls or never called her back. Well I asked the lady if they could get me a Siberian Husky and she said yes. I had to wait a little while to give them the go to find me one. When I called them back to let her know to start looking she never answered the phone or called me back. This place must only serve certain people or either they dont need the money that bad. Also every time that I been in this store you can here a lady always yelling at dogs in the back. If you dont have the patients for animals then you dont need this job. Their dogs are also way overpriced! I found a Siberian Husky $200 cheaper than what they quoted me and it has papers and everything. They do REAL bad business in this place and in my opinion they need to be shut down! I wont go back in this place!

This place has went to hell!!! When they first opened ...they were all so nice but now they could care less about customer service. And the grooming is terrible. If I can put a picture on here of my dog that got her LAST grooming..you could see what a rotten job they did. The owner is a terrible person with NO customer service skills. She acts so bothered by her customers now. And she needs to learn how to groom dogs correctly. They shouldnt look all chopped up. You can literally see everywhere the shears went on my dog and it looks awful! I will never take my baby there again. Terrible place and terrible owners!!!!!!!! I never write reviews but felt I had to so no one else has to go through such an awful experience with them. Not to mention putting your baby in their care! Dont do it!!!!
