Hey everyone! Evan here. Just bought a car from Drivetime last week. Its a lovely car, but even better, its my first! Thats right, my first ever car was gotten from this dealership. Most places are very reluctant to be the first of a customers car loans, but Drivetime stepped up to the plate and decided to take me in. Forever grateful, I, too, enjoyed every time I had to go back there whether it was for getting papers signed to finalizing agreements; I enjoyed the process. While the whole situation was a blast to deal with, the lovely Jordan Denure was the biggest help I couldve asked for. She never gave up on finding options for me to be able to purchase a vehicle from them, shes also got a great sense of humor and a pleasant vibe about her. I would definitely recommend Jordan to any other customers that are looking for wheels at a great price, in a timely manner, and with a great host/dealer! The experience was so great for me, I almost want to buy a second car from them. Though nothing is perfect, my car was no exception. One of the only problems I had with my car was the auxilary jack had a piece of metal in it from the previous owner. But alas, I took it back to the shop within the next few days, and the mechanic was more than happy to take a look at it, and fixed it as well! Even with problems, Drivetime of Schaumburg was the bext car business experience Ive ever had! Thanks again for freedom, Jordan and Drivetime! ~Evan

This is my 2nd time going drivetime I was in a bad accident and had to buy another car cool right No I get the car and the very next day I have a flat not only that but the engine light come on so fine I call up the insurance and the machines tells me I have to take it to the volvo dealership so I did they fix that problem and here is another problem the Engine light come on also the epc so Im thinking okay Volvo dealership didnt do something right so I talk to the mechanic its not their fault its an on going problem so it was one problem that created another problem now this is the 3rd time this car has been in the shop this is the 2nd car they have given me that doesnt work Do NOT waste your hard earn money here they dont deserve any star and when I ask to speak with the manager Justin I think his name is he also show he doesnt give a damn they sale you cars that doesnt work Im really upset with the service and the cars I will be emailing the better business bureau I have reached out a so many times trying to workout something with them and now I find out that I have to keep the car or it will be on my credit go someone else I have been lied too so much by this people they are nice at first until you get the car then its just an attitude of so what

We had gone to two Toyota dealerships before this and couldnt seem to get a loan (lack of credit). They were able to help us here and went through a credit check FIRST so we didnt have to falsely get hopes up. They were able to work with us and didnt pressure us but rather suggested a price range based on income. Love the warranties, have a lot of peace of mind with our decision. Helped us set everything up in shop. In all, super nice and helpful. Glad we found this dealership! Brian helped us :) Update: when it was time for the first oil change/standard checkup, we found out there were locks on the tires and that a key was needed to rotate the tires. We were clueless and called up DriveTime. We were told we would get a call back but never did. Apparently its our problem now. Really not happy about that. How do you sell someone a car with tire locks and no key and fail to mention that?? Unfortunately, had to change my rating because of this. A huge letdown and seems very shady when initially they were great to work with.

If you need a nice vehicle, love great customer service within a warm and friendly environment, and representatives doing their best to help you....AND NO PRESSURE? Well you have to give the Schaumburg Drive Time (Golf RD.) a try. My associates, Adam(Awesome), Michelle(Awesome), and Scott(Awesome) have been the most accommodating and pleasant people. I did not believe such a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable group of people could make my car buying experience so easy and fast. From my first step into this place, until I received the keys to my car, these pros really delivered. I am impressed; I am satisfied; and most importantly, I am happy with my purchase. All possible due to the wonderful staff at this particular Drive Time location. Keep up the fabulous work, guys, and THANK YOU for your excellent service. my name is gary smith and i went to drive time in schaumburg ILL to see if i could find a vehicle for work i was told to talk to jordan denure now i must say i did not expect to be blown away by this young lady she has awsome poeple skills i went in a little nervous not knowing what to expect but this young lady handled me with a very professional attitude when she wasnt sure about something she stopped to find the answer she made me feel very comfortable about what i was about to do she has communicative skills much more mature than her age i almost cried when she physically washed my vehicle she went much further than ive ever seen or expected if this young lady is not a manager already then she needs to be im telling everybody i know about drive time and JORDAN DENURE she is now familly to me THANK YOU JORDAN FOR EVERYTHING YOU MAKE BUYING A CAR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND THANK YOU DRIVE TIME

This was the most amazing car buying experience I ever had. Drive Time! Gets, 5 stars!! Fantastic experience there was no pressure to buy. You’re offered the best options, and there is a great selection of vehicles. The best Thank you to!! Jordan, Dustin and Drew, was phenomenal from the first time I walk into Drive Time, and later when I drove away with a nice vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle later on that night I discovered one of the tail lights was out. I went back to the Drive Time, the following day, Dustin took good care of the car right away, he had it fixed with no hesitation. Drive Time made me feel like I step into another world amazing!! When you begin to rebuild your life, at any age, it helps to have supporting friends and people that understand. Yaz and Dustin of DriveTime both helped me by using good practices and seeing what Im capable of in my career. No judgment or character assessment was involved in the high-end treatment I found at the Schaumburg location. Yaz didnt try to pressure me and Dustin got me approved to buy any car on the lot. I found a great deal online, that they honored, and they even fixed some things for my acceptance of the purchase. With this day and age of technology and fast paced sales "Closers" I was treated like the man I am and not some credit report # that doesnt know you face 2 face, like these guys.
