Part 1... My wife and I went by on Monday to purchase a 3 pc set(coffee table and two end tables)We got this slick talking sales person who sold us this piece. Once we got that and ready to buy, my wife wanted a full length mirror she saw. We put that on the counter to be purchased. After carefully speaking with the slick sales person and cashier, we bought the pieces with the understanding that if these pieces did not work for us we could "return" them for our money back. Part 2.... After looking at the room we were to put the furniture in, we realized it would be crowded and too much, so because of the conversation we had with the sales person and cashier, we had been told we could return the pieces, not for store credit, but our money back. Be mindful, we never opened the boxes, never took the pieces out or anything. Everything was still intact and packaged, when we arrive, we speak to another uneducated sales person who then says, we can give you "store credit" and we preceeded to say, that is not what we were told Monday, we were told we could bring this back as long as everything was intact and not opened. Here is what the sales person said, the only way they can give money back if you purchase it and then leave and come back to get the piece and then at that point you can say I dont want it. How stupid is that? Yes, I know you are saying WHAT!!! Here is another example he said, see that recliner, if you purchase that recliner and then say I will be back tomorrow to pick it up. When you return to pick it up, you can then say, I changed my mind, I want my money back. Yea right, good luck on getting your money. Also, he said we dont have to read the refund policy to you because that is too much to read. Hint, Hint, , commerical playing....."A mind is a terrible thing to waste" We scanned the building for a posted statement of their return policy that says "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" and we could not find one. Please stay away from these guys, go to a real furniture store and stop being cheap like I was. Like the last person posted, the furniture is cheap and very light weight and not even worth your hard earned money. You deserve better than that. Just one "fustrated" persons opinion. Good Luck!

I hope this location is the same one that is in that warehouse. I purchased furniture 3months ago I got a bunk bed set with the 3 piece queen bedroom set that came with the free mattress set back in August. I just recently took off the plastic on the mattresses and discovered BED BUGS. Im not a dirty individual I keep my home extremely clean and I dont understand how I could have gotten something like that. I thought that my furniture was new apparently not the mattress. Ive spent the last week trying to get rid of them. My daughter arm has been bitten so badly I had to take her to the doctor where she has been subscribed meds due to the terrible itching. They dont carry diseases thankfully. The end result I threw all the furniture away. I wouldnt recommend this place Im not to sure all the furniture is new. Also my experience from the beginning was terrible with the delivery men and lack of common sense.

☆☆☆SEE SARAH☆☆☆ SHE IS DEFINITELY A VALUABLE ASSET TO THE COMPANY!☆☆☆ I like doing business with good people. So I asked about coming back for future purchases. ☆☆☆The manager sealed the deal when he didnt hesitate to assured me they would value my loyalty with loyalty! Literally saying, "You are family now, we will take care of you".☆☆☆ They were completely understanding of my personal situation, straight to the point, didnt try to push anything on me I hadnt come for, and more honest about their products than any company Ive worked with in a long time. They went above and beyond my expectations, continuously making sure I was satisfied before, during, and after my purchase. THEY MAKE IT VERY CLEAR, THEY ARE A NO HASSLE, HERE TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN FOR YOU THE WAY YOU NEED IT TO KIND OF COMPANY!

I purchased a bedroom set just a few months ago and the store was nice, the help was great but we put it on layaway and paid off enough to get our balance to $900 then we switched to financing which was explained to us to be the best idea. However they left out the consequences of the financing, not only is the interest level through the roof which was not even stated on any documents that I received from furniture source, and they proceed to fine you if you want to pay the whole thing off to avoid the interest charges after 90 days.So watch out. They workers here are so interested in making a sell, theyll leave out key info just earn their bonus.

Im a first time customer at the Furniture Source, and after reading a few reviews, I didnt know what to expect. But normally people only right reviews because something didnt go there way. When I walked in the staff greeted me like I was GOD. And the furniture was very nice for the price. The Management staff got all of my needs met cause Im only spending if I get a great DEAL...and boy, they did. I needed the furniture in a hurry, and they explained about there same day delivery. It was great.!!!! Guys at the source, dont pay these cheap hatting customers no mind. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, AND I WILL TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS!!!

My family and I were treated with courteous and responsive customer service both in the store and over the phone. We were very impressed with the prices when comparing the same products sold through other store and online retailers. We did experience two product defects; however, the staff worked hard to replace the defective products on both occasions. We are very satisfied with our experiences at Furniture Source and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

There stuff is not the most expensive and you basically get what you pay for. The staff is okay, a little pushy, but they are sales people so what you expect. I have purchased bed frame, dinette set and dresser with out any major issues. I probably will not buy any additional items considering all there stuff is made in china and I usually buy USA and now more than ever I am trying to stick to that policy.

This is a great place to buy furniture!! I have bought my moms bed last year and I purchased a dining room table yesterday. My moms bed came out perfect. I had two chairs that were not leveled and the exchange was fast and easy! Adrianne helped my today, I highly recommend him!! The enviroment they have is very relaxing and NO pressure at all! I will only come here from now on!! Love it!!

The salemans made me feel like I was the most important person in the room, and they made sure I was satisfied on my merchandise that I purchase. I will be going back to purchase more furniture.
