I rarely write reviews so the fact that Im taking to Google should say a lot. DO NOT do business with this branch of Home Comfort Furniture. You get what you pay for, I suppose. But in this case, I got much less what I paid for. On Jan. 10, we purchased a sectional couch. It wasnt in stock, so we were told the couch would be in in 2-3 weeks. On the last day of the estimate window (week 3), I called to see where my couch was. It wasnt in. It wouldnt be in until the following week. Great, there goes our Superbowl Party. Today, Wednesday of the next week, I had to call because god forbid these people take initiative, and found out the couch was indeed there. But the first delivery available was NEXT TUESDAY. [[Guess they were just waiting for me to call??!?]] Lets do the math-- January 10- February 10 is actually 4 and a half weeks, which in no way lies within their 2-3 week window. Between the wildly inaccurate delivery quote and the lack of communication with the customer, I am beyond disappointed, I am angry. Most businesses say, "if you are happy, tell your friends. If youre not, tell us." Well, I did. But when the manager said, "What do you want me to do?" and I said, "What can you do?" and he said, "Well, unfortunately, nothing." So guess what? I am telling you, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Sales persons were very nice. Gave my husband and I a tape measure and allowed us to look at the sofas alone so we could discuss. No presure :) However they did mislead us on the delivery. Not when it would be delivered but that they would help us (old) people take our old love seat to the curb for the city to pick up. In fact when they arrived they made us move the old love seat before they would even place the new one. Needless to say we were very dissapointed and had a very difficult time removing the old love seat by ourselves. We didnt mind paying the $99.99 delivery fee because we expected help with moving both loveseats. However since we did 1/2 the labor we feel overcharged. Yes we called the store and was told they dont move old furniture and have instructed the drivers not to do it. Wow! Not what you told us when we purchased the new loveseat from you :( Very missleading. On the upside we do like our new loveseat now that it is installed and the old one is outside waiting to be picked up by the city.

I had to contact the store twice to check on the status first time only one piece had arrived and today 2/4/16 I called to again check on the status only to be told that it is sitting there but when questioned about when it would be delivered I was told "some time next week" and that I needed to call back to speak with my sales person. My thing is if you work there and my salesperson is not in shouldnt you take the time to help me. I understand taking weeks to get the furniture from the manufacturer but once you get it in the store it shouldnt take a week for it to be delivered. My money didnt take weeks to come out of my account. I cant say if I will refer anyone because I havent gotten my furniture yet, I just pray it is what I purchased and its in good condition. #UnsatisfiedSoFar. #CustomerServiceIsEverything

Its been a few years since Ive shopped here but I still want to say, I had a really good experience. I cant remember the sales persons name right off but I still have good card at home. I bought a sleigh bed, mattress, and box spring, here. The sales person was helpful and did a great job of explaining anything I asked about. I love that they not only deliver but set up as well. The two gentlemen that delivered my bed, set it up exactly where I wanted it and in a timely manner. I dont think they were even there 20 minutes total. The items purchased were fairly priced and quality. Everything still looks great (with the exception of the box spring my brother dragged on the ground while helping me move. But that has nothing to do with this company).

Selection is great and prices are as well. What ruined this experience was the customer service. After being greeted by someone at arrival, he told us to let him know if we had any questions. After looking over the inventory my friend had a question about delivery. As most employees were just sitting in the middle area talking to each other, I suggested she could ask anyone as she was not buying that day. After she asked one of the salespeople how delivery worked and began to walk away, they commented that she "must not be able to tell the difference between" the two of them in clear earshot. This type of racist inference would not be acceptable in any customer service job I have ever worked. Will never return here.

I have purchased several pieces of furniture from Home Comfort and the Home Comfort Outlet, and I have been thoroughly pleased with both. But the Outlet offers great pieces -at great prices. Also, I have seen the same pieces in both stores! I agree that all is not the same, but the folks are fantastic and if you look hard enough and go often you will find nice pieces! They greet you and leave you alone to find treasures - and they check on you after you have had the time to browse. Couldnt ask for more!

They delivered our very first load of furniture last month, and as usual, did an outstanding job on this trip too. They worked tirelessly until everything was assembled and placed into the rooms chosen by the lady of the house. Thank you, Raymond and Jeremy, for your excellent work.

Let me just say that the employees and the low priced items here were wonderful! Lets just be clear that it is an OUTLET and with items on CLEARANCE, some of which have to be shipped from other warehouses. Lets also be clear with the fact that the employees of this branch cannot control the amount of time it takes a piece of furniture to get there. If you want high valued items at a great place, this is the place for you

I have bought an entire bedroom suite as well as a china cabinet here. Both were very reasonably priced, and our salesman, Mr. Barnes, took great care of us both times. Their delivery was quick, and the delivery guys were cordial. They have a lot of couches, chairs, and bedroom sets, so if youre looking for much else, you may not find it here, but the prices are very competetive.

We bought some pieces here a year or so ago and theyve held up wonderfully! The prices were great, and the customer service is spot-on. We went back today to hunt for some more furniture and a man introduced himself to us as Dave. Dave was extremely helpful and very kind. Will continue returning frequently for our needs!

Great prices and great service. They were also willing to hold my furniture for me until the house was finished & were very patient when we had unforeseen delays that extended the build months. Ive shopped here twice in the last 2 years for furniture and they have been fantastic every time!
