I used to really like this store, but agree with an above poster that their management is not trained to handle returns, requests for exchange, or a difference of opinion with customers well at all. We purchased 2 different Christmas trees and neither one of them worked. Thankfully we had the original receipt for the first return, but could not find it when we tried to just exchange it the second time. We had the exact credit card we used, but apparently the system isnt sophisticated enough to look it up. The manager happened to be working the register next to the one I went to when I went through the line. She didnt even let my cashier try to handle the exchange. She just jumped in on her own and VERY rudely kept repeating the same line about needing the original receipt to do anything. I dont blame the manager for the store policy (which is ridiculous in my opinion, especially since I just wanted a tree that wasnt broken!) but what really put me off was the managers HORRIBLE attitude and unwillingness to say anything supportive or even act like she cared! Even if there is nothing you can do, you could try to act like you care! Very disappointing to have someone like that working in retail. My family and friends will no longer shop for anything here after todays experience.

I hate that Im writing this review. I have been a loyal customer for years and now I dont know if Id ever come back. Yesterday, I noticed that my wreath hanger was missing from the bag (which is extremely frustrating because I had to wait at least 5 minutes for a price check on the item) So I came back this morning, spoke with the store director Sue, who showed little interest in helping. She said there was no note or anything up front. She barely checked or seemed to care. I basically had to do her job and asked her my take my information down and talk with the employee who checked me out yesterday. She showed NO interest in helping me. I had to purchase ANOTHER one...which is extremely frustrating (the hanger was only $5). I guess the wreath hanger magically disappeared? Im baffled how this whole situation was handled.

Nice Place not a great furniture selection. If you like to do Holidays ahead of time they have you covered Halloween, Thanksgiving and some Christmas Items are already out! I would give them 5 stars but you need to open a 2nd registers when 3 or more customers are in line on a Friday Night!

Very Poor customer service, Manager was aware of issue and never addressed it. She told me the store manager was in the meeting and to come back within an hour. I have never had such poor customer service in my life. I would not recommend this store to anyone as you are treated poorly!

I love this store!! Lots of beautiful home decorations, a little pricey but if you get it in clearance thats even better!! Moreover, Jennifer the manager is nice, cool and gives very good customer service unlike Justin whose rude and lack customer services skills!!

The cashier could your a lesson in how to address a paying customer and ask her BFF to hold on a moment wile shes working.. And not have to keep asking the customer "ya so are you Ready" as if Im just standing there waiting for the next bus to come by!

Great place to get seasonal decorations for your home. I just purchased a 9 foot umbrella for our patio table for half the cost of other places. It seems to be of good quality and is currently providing excellent shade for the plants on the deck.
