First for the good. They answer the phone promptly with a chipper tone. Second, their prices are within 5% the best youll find in a typical day. What one surrenders for this is lack of attention to details. Little thing like making sure tires are mounted and balanced correctly. Or big details, like center caps are returned or secured properly. That was my best sarcasm. Just in 2016, Ive purchased 12 tires (3 sets of 4). First set they didnt clean area where stick on wheel weights were applied and some fell off. Second, four rims were returned with only three center caps. Third, Cadilladic logo was damaged to point they couldnt get it reattach to hubcap (thank god I ask them to stop trying and fixed it later). Banging it harder was not the correct method. Tonight I picked up my wheels with one clearly not even on the bead core try and all for were mounted in the same direction when the tread pattern is clearly A-symmetrical. Not cheap tires either... Big Pirelli P Zero Rossos at north of $300 a piece. Back in the day when Kenny ran this location (and others locally) this didn`t happen. Im hopping if Kenny is still with Discount tire, hell make it right. Last I heard he was in Carmel or Noblesville even thought he lives within walking distance of this location on olio road. Certainly not living up to standads or level of service I recall receiving when they opened their first location in Castleton in the mid 90S.

Told them car was 16" they still put 17" on reciept. Told they could not change it on my receipt to reflect what was purchased? Ultimately he made a note in the system on it and told me it was not a big deal (in patronizing tone). I left car overnight to have tires place first thing in AM. Told it would be ready when they opened. Had another appointment at 9am so this worked good. They opened at 8am. Arrived at 45 min after open. Car not done. Still in parking lot. Store packed. Several cars already in bays. The rep Ive been dealing (noted above- asst. mngr) with approaches me and says (recognized me immediately) I dont know why they didnt do your car. Youll be next. I didnt say a word when I walked in and he said this so he knew. Then gave me some story about how his tire blew out that morning and that was the reason. ?? Not sure how that has anything to do with it. Hate to single anyone out but I believe the issues surround this individual not following through. Condescending tone though put it over the top. Typically have always had good service here in the past though.

I have been here multiple times now, First to purchase tires- which the gentlemen worked with me to not only find the best tires for my car, but kept me in budget and serached for discounts- and on top of that let me use an ad discount! THey priced matched without any question and I feel very confident I have the best tires for my car. When I took my car back to be rotated, I called 15 minutes out to see if they were busy and they took me in no problem! Not even a wait and I was back on the road in no time. This last time, I lost the endcap and not knowing anything about tires, I called to see if having the tires rotated could have caused it- They took me in, offered to help find a replacement at a low cost and reinsured me the car was still safe; and then tightened all the bolts to make me feel even more comfortable. These guys are outstanding and the building is clean, the men are friendly and helpful and Ill continue to bring every car of mine in!

A Private User

These guys worked on my commercial truck at the end of the day when everybody just wanted to go home. I blew one of the rear tires and limped the truck over to Discount Tires on Olio Road. They attempted to get the wheel simulators off (kind of like a hubcap on steroids) which was not successful after an hour of trying. One of the employees overheard earlier that I live on Indys southside. He asked if he could give me a ride home since hes also a southsider, and they would finish everything in the morning after they purchased the right tools. Could not believe it. How many companies do you know who will taxi you around for free, when its not even their responsibility to do so? Not to mention, they were there an hour after closing because of me. Im very impressed. Thanks Craig, for getting me home. And thanks to the rest of the guys who stayed late.

I just bought a new set of tires from another retailer but still had a mileage warranty left from the set of tires that I had purchased from Discount Tire. I therefore brought the tires back hoping to receive a refund for my tires. I was first told that they would not be able to do that without me purchasing a new set of tires from them. Before I left, one of the Assistant Managers, Jon Gibson, said that he would investigate their policy further. After awhile, he called me to let me know they would honor the mileage warranty. He also informed me that they do price matching. The next time Im in the market for a set of tires, I will definitely keep Jon and Discount Tire in mind.

Its funny how you only really see the true character behind a man and a company when things DONT go perfectly. There was mistake when I went to this Discount Tire (Fishers - Olio) to get a tire replaced. I went back to talk to a manager in hopes they would admit to messing up, and hopefully help fix it. They EXCEEDED my expectations. When I went in, I spoke with Kyle (assistant manager), and he went above and beyond to apologize, figure out a solution, and fit me in on an almost certainly fully booked day. This type of service is rare to find, and he deserves recognition. Thanks Kyle, and Discount Tire! Keep up the good work. I will definitely be back.

Worst customer service. We ordered tires. Were told they would arrive on a Wednesday. Called Thursday morning because we were never called about the tires. Was told tires were on the truck to arrive that day after 2pm. Never got a call again. Called Saturday morning, they dont even have our tires on the system. Either we were lied to, never made the order, or the tires ordered for our car were given to someone else. Wont ever go there again and will let others know as well.

Being in the customer service field I look for companise I prefer to give my business to and customer services is #1! I love the loyalty that Discount Tire has. They know I am a good customer by my account but I have a new car with tires I did not buy from them. They find a nail in my tire and fix it for FREE! Honesty is #2! Honest to tell me theyw were at a 3 hour wait so I wasnt sitting there wondering what was going on with my car. Thanks again for the help today!

Ive worked with Matt on a few different occasions and he has always been nothing but honest and fair. Last time I was in I thought I would be needing new tires and to my surprise Matt let know that I had 10-15k left and I should wait to purchase a new set. This kind of honestly in the auto industry is rare these days and I am truly appreciative of how they run their business. I couldnt recommend these guys more.
